Unfortunately, my phone was on Do Not Disturb, so I missed their call about picking it up. When I arrived and saw the shop was closed, I was pretty upset. After checking my phone, I noticed a missed call and voicemail. In the message, they apologized for not being able to reach me and let me know that my son's boutonniere had been left safely next door at the liquor store for pickup. I went from stressed and disappointed to incredibly relieved and grateful. I've been going to Dizzy Daisy for years, and they never disappoint. Their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond are exactly why I continue to support them. Thank you for helping make my son's senior prom special. It meant more than you know!

You get an emailed confirmation and also a preview of what the finished flowers look like. An adorable shop with so many floral options and pricing for any budget. I should have left at that point, but my mistake. She said $30 and I agreed. I have been to other florists who will make a bouquet for $25 ( keep in mind, I asked for a small bouquet). When she brought it out, I should have again said no because it was very very unappealing. A lot of filler with no good looking flowers included. My fault for paying for it. I had to stop at Ralph's and buy some roses to add to it. A big waste of money, imo...maybe my standards are too high or I don't know how much flowers are. We chose a prepicked arrangement (purple ones) and they were beautiful! This arrangement was $113.12 ($15 delivery charge). 2024 we were not as prepared and called the day of and was so happy when they were able to do same day delivery! I booked over the phone and chose the "florist's pick, standard arrangement". They did such a great job last year, I trusted they'd do a great job and love letting people have creative freedom. This set exceeded our expectations and was beautiful (orange arrangement). This arrangement was $80.80 ($20 delivery in that price). I'm not sure what delivery is like however the flowers always come hydrated and beautiful. I've dealt with other companies that they arrived droopy and old looking. 10/10 recommend the florist pick, they usually will use what's in season and looks the best. Thank you Capri flowers for always helping us celebrate and bringing quality flowers every time!

The follow up was extensive, and they ensure that I received my arrangement, and they even took a couple extra steps to help me identify the sender. This was no easy task, as the sender forgot to sign the card. I ended up going to Vons afterward to buy more flowers to make the bouquet more full. Vons bouquets were much fuller for the same price with a vase as well. While the flowers themselves were nice, I expected more for the cost.

They worked with my husband to create a bouquet and boutonnière for our special day and not only did they create something beautiful for us, they went above and beyond and delivered the arrangements to our hotel in Anaheim. Everything was packaged beautifully and delivered with such care- even included directions and sheers to cut down the stems on the bouquet to our liking. It would have been helpful if she coordinated with our silk flower vendor to ensure the flowers matched my vision (I sent both vendors a detailed document of my floral inspirations for each part of the wedding), but the communication between the vendors and with myself were lacking (delay on communication and lack of clarity/transparency).
