I walked in 11 minutes after the start -- one minute past their cutoff. There were maybe four to six people in the room. I explained the family situation involving my son. I told them it was our anniversary. My wife was distraught, and I pleaded with them and tried to reason with them. They turned us away anyway. We weren't asking anyone to slow the class down or stay late -- we would have caught up on our own. My wife left humiliated on the day she had planned as a gift.
