I came here with my wife for a post-lunch dessert. We ordered a double scoop with banana nutella crunch and cherry swirl. Both scoops of ice cream were creamy, rich, indulgent with distinctive tastes. Yummy! Lots of other great flavors were available, which makes me want to go back to try them. The woman who served us was very nice. The ambiance was terrific. The inside of the store is charming and nicely designed. Delicious ice cream! The first thing I look for in a good ice cream is the texture and creaminess. And I was happy with the two flavors I had: Banana Bread Tahini Swirl and Cherry Swirl. After an amazing dinner, I was in the mood for ice cream. I remember walking by Orange County and saw they were closing soon. It's a cute little shop at the top of Del Mar. There were some teens in front of me who were all very funny. The young woman working was really nice and offered samples of the many choices, but I already knew what I wanted. I got a small with banana bread ice cream and the mango papaya sorbet. Both of these played off each other so well! It also connected me to my Hawaiian roots...LOL! Little did I know that they were both vegan and very good! Companies are getting better at producing vegan products that have actual flavor. These two did not disappoint! Found this little gem after having lunch nearby and their display case of ice cream immediately caught my attention. Everything looked so creamy and freshly made! The lady was quick to greet us and asked if we wanted to try any of the flavors. THE CREAM. - Chocolate Hazelnut Swirl. Obviously sweet, with these crunchy little wafer bits that add textural contrast to this creamy ice cream. I got a small cup and it was the perfect amount for me (not piled on high). THE PARKING. Street parking and there's small parking lots if you drive into one of the alleyways. Read the signs as there are time limitations. THE RETURN. Yes! After having a five star experience yesterday at the Dana Point location, I came here since I was in town. Today I had the Coffee chocolate, chocolate chip, and Oreo shake. They drizzled chocolate syrup inside the cup before pouring the shake inside. They also put whipped cream on top. This shake was so yummy on this hot day. The young lady working was so nice too. Whoa... I live near Del Mar and never seen this business until my boyfriend ordered me some. WOWWW!! The vanilla root beer float was hitting my nostalgia so damn hard! Again, my boyfriend ordered this via doordash and didn't melt nor got damaged during the delivery. Very well packed and secure. But enough about the packaging, the ice cream, creamery (Well duh, that's their name) LOL, and with the IBC root beer...10/10 If you love Dr. Pepper or A&W (We don't have an A&W near OC) so this will do. I'm definately coming back here but to eat in and not get it delivery still good but I have a feeling it's going to be BETTER. Found this ice cream shop after Yelping nearby dessert places after a visit to the San Clemente Pier. If you drive too fast down the road, you'll miss it, but there's street parking all around the streets. The shop is small, but cute with a photo op against the wall with a neon sign and greenery. I noticed a lot of customers on a Thursday evening when I walked by, but I was too cold to want ice cream. So I came here after lunch today (Friday). I am so glad I did! The person who helped us was so nice and encouraged us to try as many flavors as we wanted. When we asked why the ice cream is so light, we were told it is Danish ice cream, which is similar to gelato. Not heavily sweet, but lovely flavor. You can taste the salt in the salted caramel. Hooray! And the cherry and chocolate balance in the Cherry Swirl is awesome! The cherries tasted a bit tart, which I loved. And the Coffee Chocolate was smoothe, and the chocolate pieces were plenty but small. No funky aftertaste or sudden thirst. This place is fantastic! read more

We throughly enjoyed the ice cream (coffee chocolate) and sorbets (strawberry and lemon) that we had. Delicious. Great way to cap off a hot day. My only suggestion is that the servers make sure they are scooping up a full serving. My double scoop order had a wimpy second scoop noticeably smaller than my companion's (whose serving was better than mine but still not consisting of an ambitiously rolled scoop. In my cup, the bottom flavor was not far below the surface. The flavors served provide a good choice of options and include ice cream, sorbets and dairy-free and vegan varieties. There are creative offerings that pair complementary ingredients (like banana and Nutella); they seem to shy away from very odd flavors and herbal pairings seen at some scoop shops which we appreciate. (But they do have purple taro ice cream all year round!) read more

I appreciate the dairy free options. They even have a vegan cone you can get! They are currently doing a collaboration flavor with one of my favorite vegan restaurants, VIBE. I really hope they keep this flavor on their menu! The flavor is called banana bread and it tastes so decadent yet nutrient dense since they use homemade cashew milk and tahini!
