We had them cater my son's birthday party and it was a hit! The kids loved having a frozen treat on a warm summer day at the park and they got to pick their own toppings. The grown ups loved it too. The cherry on top was they created a custom froyo bar menu with all the flavors and toppings we picked. Such a thoughtful personal touch! read more

The day was late and I got this as a result of hunger and I have to say I was happy I did the place was clean the staff was friendly and I got a good amount of yogurt goodness. I tried the sour-tasting flavor and I went with toffee on top and cookies on the side yummy. read more

You can get almost every kind of topping and they alternate there many great flavors. although it is self serve the people at the desk are very friendly and helping. This is one of my favorite spots in town because you can choose the flavor(s) of frozen yogurt you like, plus toppings and syrups or peanut butter sauces. This place is great. Yeah it's a little pricey, but it's a frozen yogurt franchise in friggin san clemente. They gotta keep the doors open. But their product, and their staff are well worth it. Super good stuff, a myriad of ways to make a veritable masterpiece, and super sweet people behind the counter. I highly recommend hitting them up in Friday's when Matthew is working. Check on your employees please As the owner replied that the employee had to use the restroom... I get that, but leaving the store completely unattended for that long, no "BE RIGHT BACK" sign? Your response is absolutely ridiculous. As you said, you "can't control everything", but you shall control how you treat your customers. I came here with a couple friends to have a treat and catch up. It is located in a large plaza with parking available out front. They have seating inside and outside. This is your typical self-serve frozen yogurt place with a variety of flavors. With self serve you grab the cup and fill it up however much you like and then add in your toppings. I choose two flavors and they were delicious. I added in some toppings. The price seemed reasonable as well and service was fine. I would come here again. read more

It's really sad when you go inside and they ask for your card you want to give your phone number and the gal says, "I already ran your card and can't add it". She never asked fir my phone number and they always asked on previous visits. I was told points cannot be added to an Acct after purchase......even with receipt. Neither gal was wearing a name tag nor would provide their name. read more

Came here for the first time and I was actually really satisfied with the over all experience. Really clean, colorful And fully stocked! I tried the Chocolate Crunch and the Ice Cream Sand which. The ice cream sand which flavor was amazing. I was really excited to see that they had Cool Whip as a topping (my favorite). They had marshmallow, chocolate, Carmel and peanut butter syrup for toppings. I wish they had some more fruit choices, but they had a really good selection of candy toppings and cookie type toppings! They also had brownies that actually tasted like brownies - not the super cold artificial ones. The staff was friendly and were cleaning and greeting people while I was in there. I will definitely come back and try more flavors and toppings! read more

Tables and chairs are dirty, not exactly something you want to notice after you've just touched spoons and handles that many touched before you. The older man behind the counter definitely wouldn't win any personality awards. I asked if they had any sugar-free options, he pointed to the strawberry flavor. It was not sugar free, I can't have any sugar, so I was really upset someone would offer something like that knowing is wasn't. The "fresh" fruit was definitely recycled from the day before and possibly the day before that. It was soggy, browning, and bruised. Blech. I will never stray from Active Culture again! read more

Our favorite place to get a treat! We have lactose intolerant people in our family and they always have at least 2 dairy free options. We also love their custom cakes and all the treats they have in their freezer. The frozen yogurt fruit bars are SO good.
