If you get the bar, the toppings are more evenly distributed and presented the way they should be for the best flavor experience. My favorite is the Bomb Fire bar. They dip the ice cream bar in chocolate and coat it in graham cracker. Then top it with marshmallow that they literally toast with a flame. Then the ice cream cools the marshmallow so it doesn't drip but instead makes a perfectly delicious coating of toasted marshmallow. Service is always good and don't let a line deter you.

What made the experience worse was the disrespectful tone toward customers who were simply trying to decide what to order. Trying a flavor before buying gelato is very common, and most places are happy to offer small samples. Instead, we felt like we were bothering the staff just by asking. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place. The service left a very negative impression, and unfortunately I would not return.
