She gave us so much information on classes and what the best fit was for my niece and what to try out. I would also like to add that the whole time we were there, each teacher always had a smile on their face and were willing to help. The studio it's self is very clean and organized as well. From the very first phone call to booking our first session, my friend and I felt completely at ease. We were searching for something recreational for our daughters to enjoy together, and as moms of girls on the spectrum, finding the right environment is so important and not always easy. After a not-so-great experience elsewhere, we were honestly a little nervous... but this studio completely changed everything for us. They went above and beyond right from the start, sending reminders about the tryout, letting us know what to bring, and even offering ballet flats and shoes to borrow so the girls would feel comfortable and included. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much. And then there's Mrs. Paris... truly something magical. She's the perfect balance of firm, professional, and incredibly fun. Her energy is contagious, and you can just feel how much the girls adore her. She's exceptional at what she does, using inclusive language, keeping the class engaging, and creating a space where every child feels seen and supported. The class itself is such a great mix, ballet in the first half and tap in the second and the girls were engaged the entire time. This is just sharing my experience with voilin lessons I received here. They assign you a person…read morethat knows violin, but is not specialized in it. The person we had nit pick time with us. You start at exactly the time you are suppose to be there at and you end at that exact time, not a second earlier. The service and lessons feel very impersonal and it was not a good vibe to start lessons. Also, you cannot reschedule your appointment if your child is sick or you cannot attend for a reason. You get a online lesson sent to you, not the one on one you paid for. WAA does explain this to us in the beginning, but at the end, this was one of the many reasons we didn't move forward. If you are looking for violin lessons, look for someone that specializes in only that instrument. We did not get that here.
