if I could give this zero starts I would WORSE place to go they only took out 2 wisdom teeth and left the other 2 there then they charge my insurance full price saying the work was done when it wasn't they never asked to book another appointment to remove the other ones now I have pain in my left side because my wisdom is coming in and my insurance doesn't want to cover because they told me I already had the surgery done when ITS NOT DONE, I can take legal actions and I think I will this place NEEDS to be shut down and those doctors need to retire. read more

BE AWARE!! Be aware of this clinic. My son was referred by his general dentist to be evaluated for his wisdom teeth, the front office didn't even ask for his Xrays from his general dentist and have ordered a new set of X-rays. We got a bill of $118 from them when I called and told them that he already had Xrays and was supposed to be received from his family dentist, the front desk was very very rude and unprofessional. I asked for the office manager to call me and she never have called back. Now they keep sending us the bill and wanting us to pay for the service that he had already paid to another dentist. I already called his insurance and they said they should have not done this. Please be aware of this office, it's not a professional place and all they want is your money. Had an appointment and was running six minutes behind. I did call to let them know and an hour later that is when they called me in. I understand I was six minutes late but to but pushed back an hour later then maybe during the phone call it would have be nice to let us know that to not wait an hour without any updates on when it would have been my time to go in. read more

I recently went to the dentist with pain in the back of my mouth. When they did the X-Ray it showed that the oral surgeon who performed my surgery left the root of my wisdom tooth in my mouth. Now I have to have oral surgery again to have it removed. This was after having several billing issues with them. I would never go back. read more

Went in to get my wisdom teeth out after having to wait for months to get them taken out, after being told this office would sedate me. I'm afraid of going to the dentist and this experience was traumatic for me. I had a panic attack and the surgeon and nurses did nothing to calm me down, and took the teeth out anyway. He was very rude saying that "I was freaking out for no reason" " you're getting worked up for no reason" even though I felt everything. I will never recommend this place and feel bad for anyone who has the misfortune of being sent here. On top of everything my boyfriend could hear me crying in the waiting room, and the receptionists basically had the attitude "oh haha, this happens all the time!" I have never had such an unpleasant, RACIST experience in Denver until I visited this location. So here we go with the normal racism dealing with health care and black women. I literally was referred to this facility for an emergency wisdom tooth removal with a swollen mouth and unable to sleep or eat. Upon arrival, I was given an X-Ray during my consultation, when I asked if they can actually look at the teeth and see if I have an infection and was told that they can't do anything until my insurance clears in 9 days. I was not offered any medication to handle the pain as if it is logical to go around for 9 days with a swollen mouth. When I called the location to request pain medication, the rep was BEYOND RUDE!!! Not only did she have an attitude when I asked if I was suppose to send over a script, she went as far to request that I come BACK to the facially I just left in pain. When asked why she couldn't just send it directly to the pharmacy she placed me back on hold for a period of time and returned to ask me the pharmacy phone number ANDDDDDD made me call the pharmacy to get their FAX NUMBER????? I have never been sent home in pain and THEN when I call and ask for help, treated like a second class citizen because IM EXPECTED TO HANDLE THE PAIN. Possibly the most unprofessional customer service I have experienced in my life! My elderly parents took a cab to go there for an initial consultation for an implant, and were charged for the x-ray etc. The next step was/is to set up an appointment. We are almost two months in and it's simply impossible to set something up with them: at least 10 times we have called them, most times it results in "we'll check and call you back" (which is usually not done). When we do talk, they cannot give me a date, exact or approximate, before a full payment of about 4k is made, supposedly because they *may not* have the required material in office and that may need to be ordered. I am even willing to make the advance payment if I know when this is going to be for; the way this communication has been going I certainly don't want to have them with my money and then chase after setting a appointment time God knows when. I made clear I would make the payment immediately if they can commit to a date that works for us, but at some point it's like talking to a wall. How hard can it be to put a 2 hour date for 2 months in advance and commit to it so we can plan around? cancel if you don't receive your damn payment 59 days ahead of it, but give me a freaking date! read more

This is thee worst most unprofessional dentist office ran by teenagers it seems like. A day before my surgery I was told they cancelled it because they tried to reach me to confirm on an old number however on all my paperwork I gave them my NEW NUMBER that they failed to call!
