I…read morecan say it was quick to get an appointment which was nice so we could max out our dental benefits for the calendar year. The office was nice and clean, but the wait was a little obnoxious considering it was empty. The dentist was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I did have to call to get a treatment plan whereas I've always been given that upon leaving a dentists office so that was weird. My daughters dad called the insurance and clarified some of the charges, when I called OMS to speak to billing to question some things I was met with a very condescending attitude and told "I'd be happy with only having to pay $326", as if questioning what Cigna said we would be paying Vs what they're "estimate" given was out of line. As a customer I'm not trying to over pay, and they're billing well above their contracted amount per tooth, meaning the amount I'm paying a percentage of is inflated according to the dental insurance company. To speak to someone who is trying to just get clarification in such a condescending manner leaves a real impression on the facility as a whole. Just based on my most recent experience with their billing department on 11/13/2023 I wouldn't recommend this place. I'd find somewhere else where requesting clarification isn't such a burden on their employees.

My 17 year old is not a fan of procedures and was pretty firm on not wanting to have his wisdom teeth removed. I requested a consultation for each of my sons so they could feel confident going into it. Dr. Becker was great. She didn't try to sell either of them on getting it done. She patiently listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions and presented the risks of both options: the risks of surgery, and the risks of leaving their wisdom teeth in place. She did not try to steer us in any direction, which made each of my sons feel comfortable. Both boys were scheduled back to back and everything went very smooth. Prior to the day of surgery, someone in the office went out of her way to follow up with my medical and dental insurances to ensure that we were able to maximize our coverage and reduce out of pocket costs. Dr. Becker and her staff were all very helpful and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.

Very calm, reassuring, and put me at ease, as they could probably see I was on the verge of a breakdown.. lol. I am 69 and had reached the point with my upper teeth that it was time to get a denture plate.. So, Dr Frank Cornella was needing to pull all the remaining upper teeth and some partial roots.. I expressed my concerns about a few things, and he put my nerves at ease with his quick wit and dry sense of humor.. Made me laugh.. love him.. I had no problems, at 30 minutes the surgery was quick and clean, and was sent home with scripts for pain, swelling, nausea meds, tho I only used the Ibuprofen.. The follow up visit was very simple and there were no post-op problems... The prices were much less than I expected them to be, and due to a billing error, they even refunded me a bit of money back to my credit card.. yeaaaa,,.. The only note I would make for the staff is that the finance clerk ? doesn't seem to be the warm and fuzzy type, she's a bit gruff; but seemed to be a nice person.. Fast forward several years, and I started having tooth pain again in another tooth. Since I've had my 3rd child, I've had issues with my teeth due to a calcium difficiency. I know there are some bad reviews on here, but what company doesn't have bad days? I've had one instance here where I know I was having a bad day because of all the tooth pain I've been experiencing over the last one and half years now and I know I was to blame as well for this experience. What I can say, is after the bad experience, the doctor and front staff, did everything they could to make it right. I can tell they genuinely care for their patients. So, especially in today's times, I know how important it is to be able to feel like we have freedom of speech, but as my mother would say, "don't judge someone because of their bad days, until you've given them a chance to show how they can be on their good ones.
