Dr Strubble has an excellent chairside manor and is very personable. The staff was wonderful, fun loving and very positive. All in all I will not go anywhere else. My husband is now a patient and so is our grandson. They were great with him on his 1st visit X-ray and cleaning. He loved the way his teeth felt and kept running his tongue. I had never had a dentist so concerned with my comfort level. Literally every few minutes he asks; are you okay? Making sure you are feeling no pain whatsoever. When it was time to get more work done I specifically asked for him. But found he no longer was helping out at that office. So I quickly scheduled an appointment at his office. Upon my arrival I was truly impressed by the safe who "ALL" where extremely professional, and polite. The front, and rooms were very clean with a mellow Fung Shui feel. I received my cleaning from Lori, and later my numbing shots. And I can swear to you I never even felt a pinch! They treat you with the upmost respect no matter your dental condition. Dr. Papagayo has even taken time out of his busy schedule to talk to me on the phone, and squeeze me in when I'm worried about something. Never in my life have I had any doctor who cares for his patients this much. Dr Papagayo, and his staff's only concern is your happiness and comfort. I'm only sad I didn't find him sooner. And just so you know. My wife has left her family dentist in order to see Dr Papagayo. One visit is all it will take you. You'll never search for another dentist once you see him.

After services from Brandes, I landed in the hospital! She said I needed a root canal and crown. I…read moreasked to be referred to an endodontist (Dr. Ukena, former owner of the practice had offered one to me in the past for the same service.) Endodontists are much faster at root canals and when you have Copd and myalgia fast is very helpful. It took her 3 appointments and a total of 8 hours (4,then 2 then 2) to complete these procedures. Also she couldn't keep me numb, as I kept telling her, and kept jabbing me in the roof of my mouth which was very painful. By the end of the 3rd one I could barely get my twisted body out of the chair or walk. Then my oxygen started dropping and I was having sharp pains when breathing from ribs being out of place and an extremely tight diaphragm. As a result I landed in the ER, then hospital for over 2 days and had to be on oxygen. Needless to say, it was all very anxiety producing, confirmed by the doctor as contributing to the episode. If you are considering a dentist...I WOULD KEEP LOOKING.

Having trouble finding reliable dental care in Florida, I contacted Dr. Ukena because I was at a loss of what to do with my teeth. I had moved from SGF 5 years previously but needed a trustworthy, fair, intelligent provider and phoned Dr. Ukena to see if he would do a consult. He immediately asked for my previous records for review, discussed a potential plan with me over the phone and truly relieved my stress. I made the trip to see Dr. Ukena and his staff who took care of absolutely EVERYTHING including scheduling 2 additional appointments (Pam, Jessica, Tina & Mel - thank you). My old trusty grill has been given new life again. I spent just under a week coming from Florida to Dr. Ukena and Mel for their excellent care and service. I would do it again tomorrow too. The care Dr. Ukena & Mel provide is beyond exceptional. Never did I ever think I could have such an enjoyable time at the dentist's office... I came here before my daughters wedding to get top denture & bottom partial…read more MY OPINION.......DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! The dentist is still new only 3 years in & his crew must be new as well.... In my opinion, I was not listened to and feel like I was completely lied to!!! The impressions they took were bad & therefore neither top nor bottom fit! The top was so crooked that I was in severe pain, they adjusted them only on one side & from that point they literally fell out of my mouth and no longer fit at all... The bottom partial was not only to large from the beginning but they also caused my to have a huge open bite, which I have a over bite! So they grinded all the back teeth down to nothing to close the bite but still wasn't completely closed. Due to these issues and the fact the partial was to big, they said they would remake the bottoms & sent me on my way. 5 weeks later I went in to get the 6 teeth I have left, cleaned. This was 6 weeks before the wedding!!! All of a sudden they rushed in and took my bottom partial & was taking more impressions & THEN TOLD ME THEY WERE TAKING MY BOTTOM PARTIAL and sending back to lab to be fixed, rather then replace it like they originally said they were going to do!!! I REFUSED!!! No way I was handing over the bottom partial a few weeks before the wedding AND WHY SHOULD I, WHEN I WAS TOLD THEY WERE REPLACING THEM, FRAME ITSELF IS TP BIG!!! So I left that day with both my top and bottoms. I called after the wedding to discuss my bottom partial and they still refused to replace them. SO I WALKED AWAY!!! TOTALLY 100% DISSATISFIED!!! I cried to the owners wife on the phone and her husband the dentist called me and basically disciplined me for calling his wife and crying!!! I'm going to add pictures of how badly I look and why I recommend NEVER TO USE THIS DENTIST!!! I have to use tons of glue to hold these teeth in place. I CAN NOT EAT AT ALL with them even glued because they are both so large, when I chew it just instantly causes them to ungrip and ly loosely in my mouth!!! Lastly....when I was on phone with dentist wife, she basically accused me of loosing my bottom partials! As you can see in the pictures, I HAVE EVERYTHING I PAID FOR!!! Except my new bottom set that they refused to make me after destroying my original bottoms!! And they are new & still learning by doing!!!! So don't be stupid like myself and become one of their ginny pigs!!!

Saw a retired dentist, very personable and friendly, but a waste of time and long drive from Branson. Second apt waited almost an hour and was told they were running late - followed by would you like to reschedule or wait. Decided to wait. Then told but we close the doors at 5 pm and it's already 4:45 pm so you'll have to reschedule. I reschedule when they had a cancellation and saw "T' He obviously was not in a good mood as my dental work was not a big dollar item but a follow up with cracked tooth. I have a large granuloma on the upper lip that I clearly pointed out to the technician and 'T' that the lip is sensitive and is quite visible. I left with a swollen lip, skin torn, bleeding, bruised and painful and unable to drink or eat for over a week now and having to wear a mask. The dentists use their first names - are they not doctor's or do they feel by using their first names they are bringing themselves down to the patient's level. Just a lot of smoke and mirrors.
