The school itself is really conveniently located with easy parking, and once inside there is a space to wait while ur child is inside learning with the teacher. My kids piano teacher is super nice and patient, and very thorough in the way she teaches. What I was most impressed abt was that although both kids started piano at the same time, in order for them not to be compared to eachother and also to avoid redundancy, she actually selected different learning materials customized to each child. This really helped especially my younger child who gets easily discouraged when she feels that she isnt doing as well as someone else( in this case her brother lol) I will definitely be continuing to send both of my kids here and plan to add on another instrument as they get older.

She teaches more than finger movements or notes. Ms. Ella keeps my daughter's interest in piano by selecting pieces to her level yet challenges her. I told the lady in the front when I dropped it off that I wanted them cleaned, pads changed, and whatever else that needed to be done. They quoted me a week's work. Today I picked up my instruments all excited to see two shiny flutes with new pads and the whole shebang. No! I asked the lady about it and she said it was not noted. I literally told them I wanted everything done and for whatever else that needs to be done. Money is not an issue! It's like dropping your car off to get washed, oil change, brake changed and when you go pick your car up they're like here's your car. It's in working order. If cleaning and polish is not a part of the regular maintenance then offer that as a service add on! Ridiculous!

I've been looking for a place to get my fingerboard taped, and was so relieved when I called and they said that they could help me out! Not only did she help me with this, she also helped me tune my violin and, noticing the bridge was crooked, put it back in place. When I offered to pay, she said it was for free. I was really blown away by this, and insisted on at least buying something. I came home with a ready-to-play violin and a beautiful new rosin! Thank you, Forte Strings, for such a great experience.
