He has a true love for music, is extremely patient, and understands how to teach to different people who want different goals for their lessons. You get the feeling that everyone there, is really passionate about music and about sharing this with anyone who wants to be a part of it. The location is quiet, there's usually plenty of parking, and it's just not one of those places that feels "hectic". It's really an oasis for anyone who (at any level) wants to be more involved with music. If anyone is looking to learn electric guitar, (or anything that Ron may teach) I highly recommend Ron - please ask for him. You will not regret it.

They do take off for spring break, Thanksgiving break, Christmas and New years. You do not get refunded for the weeks when they take these breaks. In the past we were not subjected to this so it was kind of surprising when I saw this show up on our credit card bill without warning.

If not for competing work/personal priorities, I would still be actively in lessons and plan to continue with Erik again in the future. In my late 20s, I reached back out and started taking lessons with him again and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. Rhys is an exceptional teacher. He's helped me master challenging classical repertoire by composers like Sibelius, Mozart, and Mendelssohn, while also strengthening my improvisation skills and giving me the confidence to grow as a professional violinist. What sets Rhys apart is the environment he creates. He has a gift for making students of any age feel comfortable, capable, and excited to learn. He's patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping his students succeed. On top of that, he's incredibly funny, and every lesson is engaging, interactive, and something I genuinely look forward to. I can't recommend Rhys and Mosaic Music highly enough. Whether you're just starting out or returning to music after years away like I did, you'll be in excellent hands.

Huston Performing Arts in Placentia is an amazing performing arts program!…read more We were first introduced to them when they came to our elementary school and produced Seussical and Annie. I expected basic elementary school productions, but I was so surprised and impressed by how professional they were and by the performances of all the students. That experience led us to sign my eight-year-old grandson up for their summer production of James and the Giant Peach, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. Kris Huston and her team truly focus on teaching the fundamentals of musical theater. The students aren't just learning their parts--they're learning real theater skills and what goes into putting on a quality production. I've watched my grandson grow and polish his skills through these three productions, while gaining confidence and, most importantly, having so much fun. You can see that same growth and training reflected in the wonderful performances of all the students. I look forward to watching him continue with Huston Performing Arts and seeing his skills and love for theater grow over the years. I highly recommend this program to any family looking for a place where their child can truly learn the craft of theater and love doing it!

5 Star service from Stevie!…read more My daughter came home from school Monday showing me that a piece of her cork came off. Unfortunately for us, she also had an upcoming band concert Wednesday evening. All of the other local music shops told me it would take 4 days to a week or more to repair. Would definitely bring her clarinet back anytime we need a repair or other service done.
