He had told me I'd be playing my requested pieces within a month. He delayed and delayed and gave me the same pieces for longer than 4 weeks. He didn't update his emails to me and lost track of what pieces I was supposed to be practicing. He taught me very little, spending most of the lesson time on his iPad or phone. He gave me the Metronome app but never taught me how to use it.

He was so patient and invited us into a private sound proof room to try out the different flutes. He was so patient and not only let but encouraged my son to try every single flute & piccolo! Not only did she help me with this, she also helped me tune my violin and, noticing the bridge was crooked, put it back in place. When I offered to pay, she said it was for free.
