It's $65 for eyeglass exam and $90 for contract lenses which I feel is very reasonable. I would recommend making an appointment with the optometrist before hand so you do t have to wait in line. Today I saw Dr. Nathan Green & he was wonderful! Took time and did thorough checkup. Gave me sample plain lenses to wear for the full day so I can let them know if I feel comfortable with them or not, and then we will place the order. The manager was extraordinarily patient and knowledgeable. I tried on so many glasses and was grateful for their opinions and patience. What topped the cake was dealing with my insurance. I rarely use my optical insurance and the manager spent so much time helping me even though it was so busy. She was never snappy or impatient, and I appreciated her expertise. I'm really excited for my new glasses too and love my frames.

Called a few weeks ago because I lost a lens and just wanted them make me a new one with the same prescription because the one I lost was working fine. They refused to make me a new lens without me going in to see them even though they were not my eye Dr. Additionally, they quoted me $600 to replace one lens. I went to the ophthalmologist my retired Dr. suggested and what a surprise, the prescription had not changed. It also cost me $75 for the lens, not $600.

When I went in initially, they inadvertently remade my closeup glasses instead of new distance glasses. The remake was some bizarre trifocal prism combination. I tried those for a week and brought them back, stating "I just want new distance glasses". The third remake is STILL wrong. Three strikes and you're out, folks. The employees there ordered the wrong contact lens brand, so make sure to double check with them that your order is correct. When I got them back they didn't fit my face so I asked the woman behind the counter to adjust them for me. She laid them upside down on a table and said they're fine. I told her my face wasn't a table. I went back two more times for an adjustment But they never fit right and I couldn't see out of them correctly. If I could give them a minus review rating I would. I spent too much money on lenses that don't work. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a business, let alone an optometrist office.

They took quite a while to measure where my eyes were located in each frame. Aside from the excellent customer service, the store itself was large and airy with an extremely wide selection of lenses that you can spend hours in the store. The turnaround time was also quite fast and I went during the holidays. Very nice people!
