When I…read morefirst went in to get some work done he found two recalls, one from before I bought the RV, and another I had been told of via a Forest River recall notice. Both were accomplished in a timely manner. After a month plus delay in receiving a part, not the fault of the dealer, all of my warranty issues have been resolved. Valentine kept me apprised of the progress in getting the part on a regular basis. That attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Kudos to Valentine - he is an asset to his employer. PS - I'm knocking off one star from the overall 5 star rating because the techs didn't adequately clean up after themselves. Also my trash container lid was broken during my first visit. I told Valentine about it tdy & he offered to buy me a new one...I appreciate the offer but it would not be worth the hour long drive to go back to get it. Valentine gets 5 stars

I recently bought a truck at this dealership. They advertise one price then at financing come out…read morewith an additional $2000 for some protection plan which is total BS. The manager says he has no choice but to include it. I negotiate it down to $900 and then when I actually try and use the protection plan they literally do nothing to the truck. They covered up some scratches on the paint but at the first carwash the scratches come right back out. The plans they sell are garbage and they know it. I do not recommend this dealership at all!
