We called this company for an estimate based on the positive yelp reviews. Bryan called us back very quickly after we left a message. Based on our discussion with him and the quoted amount, we made the decision to go with the Sprinkler Guru before we met with all 3 companies that we were scheduled to get estimates from. He actually was working in our area the next day, and was able fit us in. The new Rain Bird smart system has been installed, it connected to our wifi easily and shortly after that I had set up the watering schedule based on our allowed watering days. He definitely lived up to his 'Guru' name. We would highly recommend The Sprinkler Guru/Bryan and we will also use them again.

Our previous duck had had a leak and had drifted away from the pipe. I texted them on a holiday weekend and the next business day they contacted me early in the morning and sent someone out at 9AM that morning. They did a great job installing a new duck and cleaning the intake area of the pipe. They also went through the whole system to adjust heads and to replace a few. I love the way Hollywood Sprinklers constantly keeps me posted of expected arrival as well as letting me know they're on the way. This is a rarity in South Florida ! Jonathon always takes the time to answer all my questions too and I feel confident they are very scrupulous and honest with me.

Our most awesome neighbor recommended calling Always Green Sprinklers instead of the plumber with long wait times and high prices. We found the leak in the water main near our house and Always Green Sprinklers quickly fixed the pipe! They returned this year to repair a couple broken sprinkler heads and upgrade our mechanical sprinklers control system to a WiFi enabled system with push button control on the unit or MY FAVORITE total sprinkler control from a smart phone app. No more feeling like I should go out in the rain to turn off the sprinklers and then forgetting to restart the system or hauling out the booklet to figure out how to make seasonal adjustments! Trouble was, the sprinkler is still not working, which he blamed on the program. He promised to come fix the problem. He said 9 am, then I called him 4 hours later. He says I'll be there in an hour. I call 3 hrs later, he's 2 hours away. I then call him out on his workmanship quality and quality of communication. So he gets angry and decides he will refund me and take his part back. I say ok. He never shows up. Sunday passes, so I call him this Monday morning. He says he'll be here in an hour. No show. It's pretty clear that he's hoping I'll go away and that Ralph is someone with low integrity. UPDATE: I didn't speak to you in a bad way, I merely pointed out that the sprinkler is in the same shape, with or without your part. You know what's disrespectful? Telling people you will be somewhere and then not show up. Taking payment for a half- way job. Calling your customer disrespectful, when you have poor customer service. Good luck with your business and don't worry, the feeling is mutual. I found a good company to finish your job.
