Needed new irrigation pump put in. Got top of the line one for fair price and reasonable installation fee. Great business to deal with.

I have used Kenny a few times to adjust sprinklers, do a yearly check on the system, or replace a head. Always quick and not a bad price.

Kenny is totally not telling the truth when he says we did not notify him until September. We notified him quickly. Probabley within a couple of weeks once we noticed the sod was doing well. Once the job is done, you are an afterthought. Also, he states that we did not take care of our sod. We followed his instructions exactly! I hired Lawn Doctor shortly after the installation, to get an estimate to take care of the new Lawn. He told me at that time that the Lawn was full on insects and he needed to treat that right away. Kenny is perfectly capable of doing a good job. He needs to do more follow up after the job to make sure that his or her customer is satisfied. I hope he learns a lesson from this going forward 2/7/2023. I'm hiring a different company to go over my system and redirect the sprinkler heads and fix anything else. read more

After many disappointing calls and no shows from sprinkler companies, I stumbled upon SoFlo Irrigation. Wow! All I can say is I wish I had found them sooner! Kenny came out, gave an extremely competitive estimate to reconfigure our entire existing system due to our new concrete pad driveway. He showed up when he said he would to do the job and he went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Our sprinkler system works perfectly now, despite the driveway company tearing everything up during the demolition. Denise kept us informed at all times regarding the work progress and billing. It was truly a pleasure and an absolute breath of fresh air working with them, especially in a world where quality work is hard to find. Thank you Kenny and Denise!! We will be in touch and I cannot wait to send you referral business! read more

We used Soflo irrigation recently. Phone call was returned within an hour and Kenny was on time for his service call. He walked me through what was wrong rather than just a quote on the phone or paper. He explained in detail what the issue was and how he was going to repair. Next day all was fixed but I had a question on one of the pop up not staying up. He again came out and replaced the part Price was reasonable and the professionalism and education from Kenny exceeded my expectations read more
