Kenny is totally not telling the truth when he says we did not notify him until September. We notified him quickly. Probabley within a couple of weeks once we noticed the sod was doing well. Once the job is done, you are an afterthought. Also, he states that we did not take care of our sod. We followed his instructions exactly! I hired Lawn Doctor shortly after the installation, to get an estimate to take care of the new Lawn. He told me at that time that the Lawn was full on insects and he needed to treat that right away. Kenny is perfectly capable of doing a good job. He needs to do more follow up after the job to make sure that his or her customer is satisfied. I hope he learns a lesson from this going forward 2/7/2023. I'm hiring a different company to go over my system and redirect the sprinkler heads and fix anything else. read more
