The flowers were delivered right on time and were beautiful. While the arrangement didn't look exactly like the photo online, I ordered the Standard version rather than the Premium, and it included all of the flowers listed in the description. The difference was simply extra greenery instead of additional blooms, which still looked lovely and well put together. Most importantly, the flowers made my daughter's day and let her know how much we were thinking of her. I would order from Ruth's again!

At around 8pm, I called once more and stated that since I still have not received my order, I would need a refund. There was no way I was going to agree to a redelivery tomorrow and cross my fingers that they actually show up.
