We exchange a few messages and the next day he was there to view the property. The next day he shows up with his squad and within an hour a 10k Sq.Ft. Property is manicured. Edges done perfectly, palms plucked of old branches and my grass came out looking like if it were transplanted from a golf course. Sprinkler heads were carefully avoided by his team and equipment and all the clippings, branches, and other debris were removed and made my corner lot the curb appeal it's accustomed to.
