Had them repair a leak in the sprinkler system, within 2 weeks, had the same leak. They came back out and said it wasn't their fault. Reattached the line but I had to ask for them to put on a clamp to keep it connected. He did put on the clamp but with an attitude. That was February, and two months later we have the same leak. read more

I have a well water system and I was having some issues with filters inside the sprinkler heads getting slightly clogged and I knew I needed a Well Water Sand Filter and some basic maintenance. From the onset everything was done professional and friendly. Booking my appointment was very easy they came on the day they said they would, arrived on time to the appointment and provided an on-site quote. I agreed with the terms and a few hours later they called me that they would be able to fit me for same day service. I was very happy. I was in need of a new sprinkler pump. Above All Sprinklers came out of the same day that I called due to a last minute opening on their schedule. The tech who came out was Justin. Justin did a great job of replacing my old pump with a high end pump by Gould. He also suggested that I have the intake pipe filter (lake fed system), replaced. I'm not sure if that was absolutely necessary but as long as he was out here, why not. It also guarantees that the new pump would have adequate water flow to assure there would be no issues regarding the pump warranty. All in all, I am very pleased with their service, especially Justin who did an exceptional job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Above All Sprinklers. They have a new customer in me. read more

Don't bother with this company for your sprinkler issues. They said they would be at the house to give us an estimate in 20 minutes. An hour goes by, still no show. We call again and the guy says he's still at another job and he'll be on his way. It's now 8:45pm and he did not show up or even bother to call. This is a crappy company that we will not recommend or give our business to in the future. read more

Needless to say, they were twice as high and also came across as condescending and less knowledgeable. Another job well done by tgese guys. A boat in our lake had disconnected my sprinkler system pipe completely. I called and the Technician was able to come the same day, earlier than expected. Very poor service and communication after I spent $2,600 with David this month. After some very costly repairs my sprinklers still weren't running properly. They wanted to replace a perfectly good pump because they couldn't get it to prime. Instead of checking the well and the water pressure (not to mention the PVC that they just plumbed), he just wanted to charge me $1,000 for a new pump! I got a local handyman to fix the whole thing in less than an hour. Typical South Florida unprofessionalism and blaming the homeowner for their own lack of business sense. These guys were great! We had some issues with our sprinkler heads and had called three sprinkler companies for help. One showed up and provided a verbal estimate but never got back to us. Above All Sprinklers answered our call, followed up and was at our place in two days! What a great company! Background is that I'm in the process of selling my home and my inspection was on a Monday. I've not ran my sprinklers in a couple of months since it's the rainy season. So I gave it a test on a Saturday morning and no go! I was super bummed and super desperate. So I called Above All Sprinklers. When I called I was told that they don't usually work weekends but would give me a call if they could make it out over the weekend. Surprisingly, they came out THAT day! David came out and within I'd say 30-40 minutes, he was done! I was extremely happy with the quick service and his knowledge and quick work. Water was percolating up through our driveway pavers. I suspected a broken sprinkler line. David, the owner of Above All Sprinklers came out as promised, even though he was super busy. In no time at all he diagnosed the problem by removing a few of the pavers. Luckily it turned out to be a broken sprinkler head adjacent to the driveway. A simpler fix. As he was here already I asked him to perform a "tune up" of the system to confirm best performance. He charged me a very reasonable price, and even did an excellent job of putting the pavers back in place! All in all, a very good experience. Awesome service! My wife and I have been struggling for some time to get our sprinkler system working. I've called countless companies to either get no response or be told our area is not in their service location. Called Above All for an estimate and they came out the very next day. Joshua out technician was super nice and attentive, listened to my concerns about the system, and immediately knew what the problem was. Came back a little later THE SAME DAY and got the work done. Our sprinkler system is now working perfectly! Joshua even took the time to explain exactly how to operate the timer - which is a great help, and we now have two zones and the perfect amount of water pressure to keep our landscaping nice.
