While I was out of town, he completed the work. However, instead of installing all five ceiling fans as agreed, he only installed four. He also charged more for the chandelier installation than the amount we had discussed. After reviewing the invoice, I asked my husband why the price was higher. That's when we realized the fifth fan had never been installed. My husband contacted Zack about returning to complete the job, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, he received a rude and disrespectful response. I also reached out myself and never received a reply. To make matters worse, one of the decorative pieces from the chandelier installation has already fallen, and despite multiple attempts to contact him, we have received no response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Zack. Failing to complete the agreed-upon work, charging more than expected, and then refusing to respond when issues arise is unacceptable. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and stands behind their work, I would encourage you to consider other options.

I hired this young man to do several jobs in my house, including a tankless hot water heater. He…read moregave me an estimate of $3300 which included 7 items listed. He worked sporadically, whenever he had the time -- and then asked me for $3000. I gave it to him. Then there was ANOTHER $3060. Then he sent me a final bill of $600. So I sent him an email asking for an itemized list of why I paid him OVER $3000 from the estimate. I received a phone call this morning and I hung up on him after a litany of "it's your "f"ing fault, and you can't remember an "f"ing thing, and the list goes on. I asked him where the manual was for the tankless and he told me he "left it on the "f"ing heater. HE DID NOT. I may be 80 years old, but I have owned my own business for over 50 years and I have NEVER, EVER, spoken to a customer like he spoke to me. His helper ALSO broke the ceiling fan I bought for the front porch and there was NO OFFER to get a new one or to reimburse me for the broken one. I bought one out of my own pocket. He cut holes in my walls for some of the new fixtures and just LEFT the holes there. I sent him an email and I told him that he had better send me an itemized list of the costs involved in his work -- or -- I would be taking him to court. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. He's very moody, works when he feels like it, and has a foul mouth. I will let you know when -- and IF -- I get my itemized list and if not, when we will be in court.
