He told me they were very experienced at this work and would like to meet with me to do an estimate. Asked if I would send him my detailed plans of the patio I wanted and pictures of the stamped concrete pattern I wanted to use. I did that around this same time, September 8th. Never heard back from him. I even sent him a message through Yelp to see why he hadn't responded. Still no reply to date. I've given up waiting and doubt I'll ever hear from this company.

I spent a month trying to get some response from MCP Softwash including three calls and emails with photos of the damage. I even spent additional money to get plant damage covered in the contract. This company was responsive, coming out within an hour of my contacting them to look at my yard and provide me a quote. Not only did he come out the very next day to do it when he had a cancellation, but he did it for $3,000 less than the other company had quoted me. Stamped concrete area in our photos is 17x20 feet with an 11.5x7 foot grill area off shoot. His crew was extremely efficient, job start to finish was two days. They even made sure no concrete was on my fence from the pour and that the dirt filled in around the edges of the pad. I am extremely happy with this company and the beautiful stamped pad they put in and will be contacting them for any concrete we need in the future.
