They agreed that their first attempt wasn't up to their standards and offered to "fix" it. Sadly, after their second attempt the floor was worse than the initial install. Jessie was confrontational and blocked phone when I addressed my concerns.  This is my home I have lived in for 30 years and I was looking forward to its new look, but it hasnt been a pleasant experience especially by the cost incurred and more monies to fix the poor install.  In addition, based on the vinyl work, I will have to pay for a roof inspector.  Since I am blocked from contacting owner, I have no coverage in the event of leaks which contract states is good for ten years.
