Quotes us for the work that was actually needed and explained why. Bay's quote was $18,000 less than the other two companies quotes. Please note that we went with Bay and the work they have done is excellent. I have been in my house for 10 years and I have never seen the pump work so good. Everyone gave us excellent customer services. The sales person was very thorough with his inspection and quote. The onsite manager and workers gave a timeline and was finished early. They also made sure that all areas where very clean. The office customer services made sure we where updated on scheduling. Though my Jackcrete project was completed several years ago, I wanted to provide this update. In my…read moreoriginal review I noted that my quote from Jackcrete included leveling my concrete pool pads and patching cracks in the concrete. However, when their technicians arrived, they said they don't have the materials for patching cracks - that I would have to contact another company for that service. I subsequently discovered that not crack patching companies serviced my area. As a result, I was not able to have them repaired. In the years since that time, the cracks have gotten far worse and the "leveled" concrete shifting even more than it was before the Jackcrete repair. In my opinion, the Jackcrete solution is not an effective, long-term one, and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone else.
