He told me they were very experienced at this work and would like to meet with me to do an estimate. Asked if I would send him my detailed plans of the patio I wanted and pictures of the stamped concrete pattern I wanted to use. I did that around this same time, September 8th. Never heard back from him. I even sent him a message through Yelp to see why he hadn't responded. Still no reply to date. I've given up waiting and doubt I'll ever hear from this company.

The head installer arrived late after the team, walked in, looked at my boyfriend (the home owner) and walked right past and then asked who the homeowner was, which was rude. 3. We were told not all the rooms were going to be finished because the head installer has to leave early so he can play in his band that night.. IM SORRY WHAT? 4. They completely forgot part of our order, the LVP we ordered as well was never written down and the installers had no idea about it. I called the owner Ed and he says he did not write anything down on our file about an LVP (after my boyfriend and I went to the store and picked it out the same appointment where we picked the carpet). 5. Ed then said he found the file in his truck. Told me he would get back to me about where that is and when that could happen.. HE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. 6. The installers did not clean ANYTHING up. The carpets had loose carpet thread debris all over it, they left a pile of scraps in the bedroom, our floors were littered with carpet threads. WE had to clean up THEIR mess. We were told someone could come the next morning to clean (because the guy Yogi had a show to play that night and couldn't come back to clean).. No, we needed it done then so we could move our furniture back. 7.They did not cut out the carpet for one of our bedroom ac vents correctly, I had to go back and cut the carpet so the ac vent would lay properly. 8.They were rough with our furniture when moving, I had to walk back and ask them to be more careful and watch them move the rest of the furniture. 9. The installers ate some of our halloween candy, (which is fine), BUT NOT when you leave the wrappers on OUR floor for US to clean up, and let's not forget their empty water bottles. 10. Head installer Yogi was rude, showed no manners or professionalism and rushed to leave without cleaning up so he could go to his show later that night. I asked him if he would like a drink.. he replied "um yeah water" like I was dumb for not knowing that... THEN when I went to hand him his water he replied "just put it over there". NO thank you, no manners. 11. Spoke with Ed about all problems and he took $50 off our final price.... which in my opinion is nothing compared to the inconvenience we went through. He seemed apologetic at first, but showed his unprofessionalism as well. 12. That all was last week, fast forward to yesterday, I texted Ed about the update on our LVP, he never got back to me. I texted him today, and he called me saying he will not do our LVP until we pay him for carpet. I explained how we don't want to pay for everything until our whole order is finished (LVP and instillation). He threatened to take me to court, put a forbidence on our house and started MOCKING me. A grown man mocked me lol, what professional person does that? He also told me he has no reason to talk to me and does not want to talk to me anymore.... He has still YET to schedule the LVP installation. 13. The estimate we got was completely wrong and charged us for more work than they had to do. That people got fixed. 14. We were told the secretary would contact us for the date of installment & we had to track her down. This company had great reviews and we were REALLY let down with the experience we had with them. They were also booked to do our hardwood, NOW we are going someplace else. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! If I could rate 0 stars I would. They did a good job installing the carpet,(minus the vent issue) however, the installers and Ed were so unprofessional and we ran into more problems than we could have imagined. Never again!

Reasonably priced, and with one other person, got the job done in a few days. Just waiting for wheels to make life easier! lol ***Update: BUYER BEWARE:*** March 2026 I am having huge issues with the panels and gates, that Tanner installed. The panels aren't staying together, there are several gaps, the gates sag so bad they're pulling panels out of the posts and can't be opened easily without lifting the entire gate. Accordong to my neighbor this fence wasn't installed correctly at all. Contacted this dude to come out and fix it, and got the run around, once again. Always has excuses and is either the most unhealthy dude on the planet, as hes always sick, and has the worst memory or he's just completely unprofessional, which is where I am tending to lean. Either way, he's blown me off several times and I can no longer, with good conscience, recommend him or his work. Oh yeah, and the wheels... he could have told me 6 months ago he wasn't going to do it, I could have fixed the issue myself. He all of a sudden didn't have the "right wheels for my fence" and I needed to purchase them for an additional couple hundred dollars, but couldn't mention this before hand when I initially contacted him about the damn wheels.... its NOT about the wheels, its about how he handled this whole situation.

Rick and his crew did some extensive work for my property out in Chesapeake. His crew laid out,…read moregraded, laid foundation and concreted a large circular driveway of approximately 500 ft in length. The team also did some excellent work with stamping highlighted areas on the driveway and on our sidewalk that wraps around the front of the house. They also built a crushed concrete driveway all the way around to the back of my property and around my barn. With that amount of work, there were a few anomalies that cropped up, but they were resolved to our satisfaction. Good team, good work - give them a call.
