On the first day, Lucas S. arrived at the job site on time and ready to go. He skillfully removed all the old mortar from between the bricks and prepared the steps for the acceptance of the new mortar. He took meticulous care to ensure that all the bricks were filled with new mortar and were aligned properly. The bricks and mortar were allowed to set for full day to ensure the structural integrity of the steps were properly secured. On the third day Lucas arrived to apply a chemical solution to remove any excess grout and dust film that had accumulated during the work. The steps were restored to look brand new.
