During my 2nd visit this year, my experience was very positive still. Dr. Schrader knows what he's doing, very competent, friendly and helps a lot. He is a little technological challenge so he's slower on the computer but it's not a big deal. He knows the machines well and knows how to check your health of your eyes and the vision as well. One thing I do want to say is sometimes the staff there might not be on the same page for everything. One person might tell me this and another person might tell me something else. I wait 2 weeks and no one every called me for an upstate when they said it'd take a week. I call and they said oh they just came in right now. I'm like this is not 3 month worth's of single wear contacts. She proceeded to tell me there's more in there... I asked for an exception and was told no. From the get-go, the receptionist was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor in my simple request. Not only was my request denied but they didn't even have any appointments for an eye exam till April to try and remedy the slightly outdated prescription. I understand they may have some rules to abide by but to have some decency and consideration for the situation would have gone a lot further. Dr. Busby needs to reevaluate his front desk employees as they do paint a picture of the business in general and this picture was not a good one. Not continuing as a customer any longer!
