My right windshield armature was bent after last install and had to be taken to Tesla to fix. Update: 1/3/25 at 4:32 pm door is locked. Sign on door says 5 PM close. I knock because I see the blonde lady sitting at the computer. She comes to the door and opens it then says we are closed. I said I have tried calling multiple times and no one answers. I need to know where my glass is as it has been over 30 days. She said there is no ETA on the glass. She said she would investigate and call me Monday. I am definitely calling Geico, but I seriously doubt they're gonna do anything.

TIP: Apparently you must SPECIFY if you want your car worked on in the morning, otherwise you will be booked as an "all-day appointment", something that was never discussed or explained to me. I called in the actual shop location the day before my appointment to confirm and asked about when to drop my car off and was told that if it's there by 8:30am, it would be worked into the morning schedule. It was not. My car was not worked on until 4pm. Their guarantee was that my car would be done by end of business, which is posted as 5pm, my car was not finished with the keys in my hand until 6:30. I wasted a day of time off from work, no vehicle, and missed my kid's school event because of their untimeliness and miscommunication. Furthermore, it looked and seemed like my car was completely rushed to get done, because it was. Shoddy work all around the glass, interior was not vacuumed effectively of glass and debris from windshield removal, and other issues regarding new windshield installation. Called corporate and complained about this experience and will also call back to follow-up because I paid $1200!!!!!! for this installation which was TWICE as expensive as done previously through local businesses. NEVER. AGAIN.

They…read moreImmediately will ask what monthly payment you can afford, with complete disregard to the price of the vehicle you're inquiring on. They do this to inflate the price of the car. The bigger issue is that I inquired on a vehicle back in march, and they would not tell me the price. They demanded to know what I was willing to spend monthly, which was not their business and has no correlation to the price of the vehicle. The biggest issue I have with this dealership is that they are clearly scammers. They want to know your monthly payment so they can milk every penny out of you and then when you decide to not do business with them they will call, text, and, email you EVERY DAY. You can opt out of their communications, but they will disregard it and continue to call, text, and, email. I inquired on a vehicle back in march and these people are still reaching out to me despite my requests to be left alone. I told them I bought from a different dealership, and then they gone as far to find my address and begin mailing me letters. I have proof of the opt out requests and if this occurs one more time I will be suing for harassment. It's completely unacceptable.
