I've gone to him several times over the past few years and his work has gone down hill, the rear camera was hooked up to the bottom of my hitch, and it kept getting lose, the stereo that he sold me was not very good, controls were awful, no dial and so hard to function. when he finished with my car the hazards didnt work, and a few other items so I had to take it apart to find screws left out and I all I had to do was plug the wire harness in for the hazards and they began working but its the point I shouldnt of had to do anything. Just carelessness anymore, he's getting like doctors, they try to rush you in and rush you out. I think he's a nice guy but man what he's charging and the service just dont match up.. I have a 2017 white ford f150 xl all I wanted was a back up camera install he called me and said he couldn't put one in with my current stero but he had one in stock that would work. I just got the truck so I said yes. When I got my truck there was a piece of my dash missing and he told me I could find one on ebay. I paid him around 600. If I turn it up too high it cuts out. And the bezel the piece of dash that's missing I've tried to find. I never could and before he did anything I could use the controls on my steering wheel to change stations and volume that no longer works either. I read his reviews it's odd I see a trend. Changed out speakers, but the sound had absolutely no base when he finished his work. He made a lot of excuses for the lack of base sound. Wanted to charge more money to do more work. This place charged me over $1500 for the worst system ever. The receipt clearly says that an amp was bought but was never installed and the cheap phone microphone was ridiculous. This muthafucka charged me $1500 first $750 and then asked for another $800 to hook up my stereo that has always sounded like shit after I picked it up but he turned it down to a volume when I picked it up that allowed the bass in the trunk to kick but when I left it took me a while to realize the fuckin bass comes in and out but when I returned to discuss this the bastard told me that it was worth the $1500. I almost went to jail behind this his incompetent statement and bulshit so don't be a victim STAY AWAY from this place. I went to see Bill Monroe about some new equipment in my new Dodge Challenger on Monday 8/2/21. He quoted me $2600.00 for everything and I told him I would have to think about it. I called back the next day and left him a message about moving forward with the install. He called me back and we moved forward, however the next day I found out my wife needs another surgery and I can no longer spend that $2600.00 dollars and called to cancel. He did not call me back until Thursday morning 8/5/21 telling me he ordered all the kit on Sunday 8/1 before I ever went to see him in his shop. He lied telling me I ordered the gear before we ever meet and now refuses to refund me and says that somehow he has everything in for my order. Not sure how placing a custom order on Wednesday and on Thursday of the same week it is all delivered with no way to return the kit? I am not sure how an order placed Tuesday evening could be ordered, shipped and delivered in 36 hours unless it was from Amazon. After being quoted $1300 from the dealer to replace only 3 speakers in my Corolla with factory replacements, I called Monroe. Thank goodness! They quoted me $350 to replace all 4 speakers with much higher quality JVC speakers. I ended up hiring Monroe to replace all the speakers and the radio with a new Bluetooth touchscreen radio that I LOVE. It was so painless and they taught me how to use it! What a great experience. The "installation" looked like it was done by a high school student installing a radio in his own car for the first time. Cheap connectors were used and the wrong adapter was installed so none of the steering wheel controls worked. Was repeatedly told it was not compatible and they couldn't do anything to make it work. My son in law removed the radio, got the proper adapter and now everything works properly. Very unprofessional company and don't know what they're doing. Go elsewhere. read more

This guy used to highlight his auto tinting. So I had him put it on all my windows of car. He gave a lifetime warranty. Now he says he sill does tinting--he will not honor the warranty. He blames teh film folding up away from window and the bubbles in the film on the rubber around window. He also blames it on something inside the car that damaged it. So I took it to Toyota to sell me new rubber around windows--they said it is not necessary. I went to another company that tints windows that was recommended by Toyota and Lee and Cates Glass (they put in new front window)--they explained it is film failure. So two companies said it was failure of film and two companies would not recommend this guy. They also said they did not want to speak badly, classy. While this guy of Monroe spoke badly of everybody else. So I suggest if you want tint or audio to not go here--he will not honor was he says. read more
