Amanda is my husband's occupational therapist & is right up there with Phyllis. We've been going there for quite a few months now -almost a year - and they truly treat us as friends, not just patients. The ladies up front are always helpful & friendly. This company, you know like their slogan says "The company with a heart" - most certainly does not have one. If they do it's cold and made out of stone! We have 2- 12 hour coverage for my mother in law- with in the first week of switching to this company we had 3 overnight no-shows, multiple showing up late, one aide argue with me and yell at me (because she felt she was entitled as she was older than I.) They changed coverage hours with out permission and the nursing staff is rude beyond comprehension. My mother in law developed a urinary tract infection due to the fact that the aides weren't changing her in a timely manner, wiping or washing her properly. Overnight aides leaving hours early without proper coverage. Before we switched to the company we were told that they had enough coverage when in fact they do not! They have to scramble to find anyone to cover a shift.

My son was approved for a range of early intervention services. A service "coordinator" from Therapists 2 Go was in charge of his case. Despite a general lack of professionalism and responsiveness (good luck getting someone on the phone!) - we diligently completed a mountain of paperwork, coordinator various in-home evaluations, and participated in various calls. He is now five months old and we haven't received any services. In fact, we received an email this week saying our case is being transferred to a different provider. No other explanation as to why or what happens next (just a sloppy email with typos). I am filing a formal complaint with New York State - an organization like this should not be receiving precious resources for this type of crucial programming. What's more, I can't imagine what it would be like for someone trying to navigate this system with less time and less resources

The communucation with the patient and family regarding any changes are not the best. The rotation and quality of many of the aides are not stable. When you find an aide that's good you lose her because of how they are treated by the company or they take her away even at the request of the patinent. We just lost an aide who was the best and my Mother loves because she was taken off the case even thought we wanted her to stay and she wanted to stay...... horrible and not the best for the patient. Rencently an aide was sent who spoke zero english. It was the worst ever and not a safe situation for my Mother. Bottom line I would not reccommend for service for the care of loved ones with this place. It's way too stressful

I working for this company a little over a year ago. I never had a issue with my timesheets and or…read morepayments. But for the past month and half I have been having a lot of issues. I call they do not answer or they answer and have a attitude. At times I call and they put me on hold and hang up and I have to keep calling. My coordinator Martha is no longer with the company she was really great and so was Lilly who is also no longer with the company. Right now my coordinator has yet to reach out to me and when I call to speak to her she is never in. According to them my coordinator is Charlene who has never reached out to me since my coordinator left. Not mention they are paying 1 vacation day every month so when you do want to take a vacation you can't because you won't get paid. But none of that was expressed in writing of any changes. They are a very irresponsible company and I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. And I am not the only one who has issues with them.
