Each and every staff member, the Director included, are genuinely good people who care very much for what they do. They would go out of their way to accommodate you if needed. I feel completely confident that when my son enters Kindergarten he will be ready. He's in the pre-school program now and does a new letter each week, with many activities reinforcing the letter or theme. Not that he remembers all of it but the improvements he has made is absolutely noticeable. If the weather is poor they use the facility upstairs like a little gym. There are many extra programs, like tumbles/yoga, indoor soccer shots, even intro Spanish. I've been to special holiday celebrations for families, date night which was awesome, coming soon, Mother's Day tea party and a wine and paint night. They are just very much involved and welcoming. Most of all my son loves it there and that makes me Happy. He had been to other schools in our former neighborhood and he cried everyday not to go. Even buckled himself back into the car seat. I feel good about this place and I would recommend it to anyone.

I never write negative reviews but this is too important to ignore. When my children attended IVY LEAGUE SCHOOL there was a high rate of teachers openly showing disdain to students. There is no nurse at this school. The office staff haphazardly does the work of a nurse but are not medically trained. Worst teachers I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Most are not certified or have masters. They are unhappy people who bring it to work with them and make a point to transfer that misery to the kids.Avoid this school. You will regret it.My children were very unhappy there. The ineptitude stretches from the teachers to the office staff. The owners have no background in education. Our children no longer attend this place and are better for it. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!

The owners have good intentions but the faculty and staff are racist to the core. My daughter was a student from age 2 to 12 years old. She is now in therapy trying the heal the years of damage from the teachers and parents. It breaks my heart to hear the stories of how bad she was treated. I feel so bad for compromising my daughters mental health for what I thought was a good education. Not a good school for Black & Brown kids. I will be happy to discuss my daughters story as her story is now part of her healing.

I just have to brag about my daughter's amazing teachers, Ms. Destiny and Ms. Shelene! Coming into summer my little one identified the letters in her name and now she knows 22/26 letter names. As a teacher myself, I am so impressed! They have truly instilled a love for learning for my girl. She comes home asking to do a letter hunt or practice letter writing. We are so grateful she has had such a fun summer while learning and growing with her incredible teachers and friends. We are looking forward to a great school year ahead.

We never intended to stay past Kindergarten, but the quality of instruction, and Montessori methods were a perfect fit for our son. Enrolling him was one of the best things we could have done for him. He is neurodivergent, and the teachers and school staff have worked closely and thoughtfully with us to ensure that his needs are met and that he continues to grow and learn. He has spectacular social skills, and is particularly sensitive to, and encouraging of, students who are younger than him. We are confident that when the time comes for him to make a transition, he will have a solid foundation, both in terms of academics, and socially. Oyster Babies was caring and understanding. My daughter had been home with me up until she started there and they were sensitive to her needs and didn't push her to socialize but also didn't ignore her. When they became concerned with some of her behavior they met with me right away and were of great assistance getting her a full special education work up through Mill Neck Manor. They are a little expensive but they offer early and late care as well as flexible days. When I first put my daughter in school there I was working retail so I needed to have a sort off odd schedule and they were more than accommodating. The other wonderful thing is that food and all activities are included in their weekly/monthly fee. They serve breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. All the food is tasty and they serve a variety of different things. The center director is there almost all the time along with the assistant director. They are both wonderful people and will help with parenting problems and unique family situations. My daughter is really happy there and has loved all of the teachers she has been I contact with. The center strives for a home feeling in a school environment so all the different teachers are familiar with all the students and can call them and usually their parents by name which really makes everything seem more homey and friendly. They are definitely worth considering. We couldn't be happier unless they were cheaper. Haha
