They have top notch security, they are located in a isolated location so that part is great. They offer OUTSIDE time every day for the kids. Each room has its own backyard. They have a lot of art supplies and toys. The facilities are spotless and this place NEVER smells like poop, unlike some places i visited. The quality of care i get is like from extended family. I honestly feel that they LOVE my children. I used extra student loans in order to afford this daycare, and honestly it was worth it, my children flourished there and i could never put a price on that. *i do wish it was cheaper though, i have to pull my kids out when school is not in session because of cost*

During this time my daughter was having extreme melt downs about going to school. The second time my daughter came home with a HUGE LUMP on her head and told us exactly whats been going on. A boy was punching her in the head. we called, talked to administrators, and talked to teacher Ms Paige in person. STILL NO INCIDENT REPORT WAS MADE and the teacher said basically she has no clue what we were talking about but she would keep an eye out. At this point i was in contact with a few employees besides the teacher on a personal level who confirmed exactly what happened and what child was doing this behavior to multiple kids and it was not being handled properly. They refused to refund the security deposit, charged us an additional two weeks that the security should have covered, then called us for more money staring we didn't pay for two weeks prior to withdrawing our daughter (impossible, we have all bank statements). Ella from billing was supposed to contact us and never did. We were supposed to be supplied with the owners phone number and email, and it never was given to us. We pulled our child because the program was ran horribly, not because we just decided to. Our child was not being protected which means we should have got our security deposit back, not it basically stolen from us than trying to charge an additional month. This place will scheme you right out of your money, take advantage of children's speech delays, and not take proper protocol to protect your children. On top of safety issues there are health issues where protocol is not being followed. Kids who are sick are never sent home even if they have a fever, coughing, and snot running down there face. In three months we got the flu twice, RSV twice, and Covid once. So your child will be consistently ill. MULTIPLE issues coming from every department in this place. Keep ur child safe and healthy- skip kiddie academy. The second i pulled my daughter from this place and put into a different preschool program she started thriving instead of declining in every area. I could only assume they stopped doing incident reports because another child had 18 of them with bodily injuries and no one had any answers. This is illegal and god only knows what has happened to my child during this duration of time since nothing was ever reported.

The ratio of teachers to students is always good and the teachers have great skill at interacting with the children and keeping them engaged. My daughter is 19 months and speaks full sentences knows her colors and can count. They sing dance read books and play. They learn about nature. Play pretend, make arts and crafts and learn how to share. They get playtime outside everyday pending the weather and you don't have to worry about your child getting muddy because they have astroturf. My child stands out compared to other kids her age as her skills are developed well beyond her age because she goes to school full time. I'm so happy.

Being a first time mom i don't trust people with my child so i decided to work nights in a hospital then be with my son all day just so i didn't have to stick him in daycare with people he doesn't no, because no one can take care of your child like you can. After a year of working all night and being up all day i finally accepted i was a monster with no sleep and i need help! I made a phone call to Ms. sally and i finally was able to get rest and piece of mind that my child was well cared for! I felt comfortable with Ms. Sally because of my very long history with her and her family. I knew her daughters who also work for her when they were babies! I love the pics she sends me on a daily basis! My son is 2 now and loves it! I ask him everyday "What did you do at daycare today" and he always replies with a huge smile on his face saying "i had fun mama!" He loves all the activities at Doodletime daycare and since he has started in this daycare he is so much smarter!! its amazing to see him at only 2 years old showing me what he does in daycare. He also loves playing with the other kids i really feel he is in a safe place with people i can trust. He's learning and socializing and having a great time doing it.
