When we toured TLE East Northport, we immediately felt like it was a warm and inviting space. The Director, Miss Elena, met with us for over an hour and has continued to be engaged and dedicated in conversations about our son's development. In the time he has been at TLE, our son has blossomed and grown in so many ways. From reinforcing learning we do at home, to teaching him so many new and exciting things, the teachers at TLE are kind, professional and most important to me, loving. He has so much fun at school and has been enriched by the friendships he's made and the things he has learned. TLE is truly a wonderful addition to any parents childcare village.

Children are often left without proper supervision, especially when they cry. My child was bitten repeatedly for three weeks in a row. Instead of addressing the issue directly, the administration said they had bought a book for the teachers so they could "learn" how to prevent such situations. But these are basic skills every caregiver should already have when working with children. 2. Food. The menu includes a lot of sweets and processed foods. I personally saw children being given Oreo cookies. There was even a case when the milk was close to spoiling. This is absolutely unacceptable for children's nutrition. 3. Water and milk. Children are regularly given very cold milk and water from the refrigerator. Even when I brought my own water and left it separately, I would still find it in the fridge at the end of the day. As a result, children often get sore throats and coughs. 4. Temperature in the classroom. Several times I noticed that the rooms were very cold: teachers were wearing jackets, while the children sat in shorts and were freezing. This happens quite often and raises serious concerns about the comfort of the environment. 5. Parent communication app. The app almost never works properly. For months, their iPad would shut down after just one hour of use. Even after replacing it, the problem remained -- updates are not entered on time, and parents don't receive information in real time. 6. Formula and basic needs. When my child first started, she was still partially on formula. In the application form, I filled out all the details to help her adapt smoothly. However, I was told that "the daycare doesn't have hot water" to prepare the formula. This is absurd, especially considering they also accept infants. How can a daycare operate without such a basic necessity? After some unpleasant conversations, they eventually allowed it for a while, but the very fact that this was an issue shows a lack of basic readiness and care. Conclusion: In my opinion, this daycare fails to provide the basic safety, nutrition, and comfort that children deserve. Parents considering this option should think very carefully before enrolling their child here.

Its funny, I would never think to review a school on yelp... But after seeing the rating so low,…read moreone can assume its because its one salty person and too few reviews. The school is incredible. I will be sending all my children there after only one year of my son going. Class sizes are small, STEM is a major focus, teachers are qualified, and expectations are high.. both academically as well as conduct standpoint. Staff/Admin/Teachers are among some of the most caring and friendly you will meet. When taking a tour led by 8th grade students, I was blown away by the maturity, confidence and composure of these 12/13 year olds. This year, my family had the misfortune of dealing with the diagnosis of a serious illness that I received. When notified, the amount of support and love that my family received was incredible. They offered before/after care... they gave cell phone numbers etc... The community atmosphere there is incredible. All that said, its not for everyone. As mentioned above there are expectations, there is religion and morals, and if your children need to be reprimanded for poor behavior, then they will provide that as well. We have found that most other parents that have a hard time following the rules are the ones who seem to have the most "problems"... The doors open at a certain time for a reason. The children are let out a certain way, for a reason. They ask for certain snacks not to be sent to school for a reason... And it seems the parents who have to complain the loudest about these rules, rather than just accepting them as part of enrollment in this school, perhaps should consider a different school. We have found that being cooperative, following the rules and being personable has lead to a fantastic experience. In my business, if my clients are difficult to work with, they have a much different experience than those who are a pleasure to work with.

Both of my daughters have been in TRS for the nursery, pre-k and Kindergarten programs. They were received with kindness and warmth. In reference to the negative review, I am not too concerned about the front desk. My main concern is my kids safety. I would prefer there be a strict policy on admittance. Also, public school just as catholic schools are not babysitting services. There is a time that students are expected to be in school and released from school. On another note, The academics are by far high, the teachers are fantastic and the curriculum is rigorous. This is everything that embodies a dynamic school. The class size is small as they move up into elementary school and middle school. This is exactly why I choose Trinity Regional School. Truly, look no further if you and your family are looking into Catholic Education. You will not be unhappy.

This was definitely one of the best decisions we took for him. We visited many daycares before we made our decision and knew from the very first phone call with Ms Stella, we made the right decision. My son was very attached to us and from the very first day of drop off Ms Stella and her amazing staff made it so easy and comfortable for our son to transition. He is so happy with his new environment and they made it so easy for him to adapt. My son now ask every weekend to please go see Ms Stella and her amazing team! In just a few short months, we already see how much our son has progressed! From all the music classes and teaching, It is truly inspiring what they do for all the kids. My son now questions the weather everyday and all the days of the week. We are so lucky to have found them! Ms. Stella herself, her amazing team of teachers and assistants all go above and beyond to create the most comfortable, fun and amazing environment for the all kids. They truly adapt to the needs of every child. The constant communication and updates throughout the day is so reassuring! We wanted her to be in a loving environment and what better place than Stellar Tots. Weeks within switching our daughter over, we started seeing positive changes that we had not seen before at the old daycare. She was so happy in her new environment and had easily adapted to her new daycare and loving teachers. At the old daycare - we felt our daughter was ignored and not shown any affection, which we could tell with her daily behavior, constant diaper rashes and in the end unexplained bruises and injuries - which was the final straw for us to pull our daughter out. We are so glad we got to meet Stella who came with great recommendations from other fellow moms. In this past year my daughter has progressed so much in every way possible we could have possible thought of and more. And she has never had a single diaper rash during this time! I cannot say enough good things about Stella herself and her amazing team of teachers and assistants that she has around the kids. They all go above and beyond to create the most loving environment for the kids. The communication throughout the day is great and even after hours if I have a question Stella is so prompt in getting back to me. My daughter loves Miss Stella and Miss Irina so much and looks forward to go to Miss. Stella's house every morning and even asks about them over the weekend. Great learning curriculum and having a place that provides 4 delicious, nutritious and organic meals is such a great benefit to have for all parents. My daughter gets to try so many different kind of foods with their amazing weekly nutritious menu. My daughters palate has definitely expanded in this past year and she has become even a better eater than before. Miss. Stella has 3 kids of her own and they are all such loving, respectful and the kindest kids I have ever met which speaks volume about how wonderfully she is raising them Without a doubt, Stellar Tots will be the best decision you can make as a parent for your child. It is a warm, loving, educational and a thriving environment Overall I cannot recommend Stellar Tots enough to everyone.

I've written Google reviews summarizing our terrible experience but they've been magically deleted. Not sure how they did that but I hear that's not easy to do here. Two years ago, in the heart of the pandemic, we began out three year old at this school. I receive a call on day two from Trisha, the main administrator, with a sarcastic laugh "Yeah, sorry this won't work" My son pulled a girl's hair. While I acknowledge this behavior must be corrected and we are disciplinarians, they kicked my son out because he pulled someone's hair? Rather than suggesting extra services (my son had delayed speech for which he received help in the next preschool in Northport), they resorted to abrupt expulsion of a three year old. Outrageous and unfair. My 5 year old of course is now thriving as he received speech therapy. He is well behaved and shame on you for tainting a childhood. God knows what happened in the class that my son is terrified of going back. A security threat? From a three year old? Lazy and unbecoming. Even if you get this review deleted, God is watching you. Ironically.
