    First off these people have no idea how to calculate income. They use your bank statements for take…read morehome pay that you give them access and don't even come close to what you're actual income should be because their algorithm does not pick up all sources of income in your bank statement. Additionally, I said I can send them a year-end W-2 for 2023 or end of year paystub which is issued by my employer that would show what I made last year and they said they can't use W-2s or end of year paystubs unless Self-employed. First, a self-employed person does not get a W-2. A self-employed person files, tax returns based on self-employed income not a salary. They are not a W-2 employee of a company. Also, a self-employed person does not get paystub so they would have no end of year paystub to show them. Clearly they do not hire people with higher education who understand anything about finance. This company is trying to squeeze you in the door to give you the highest rate with the smallest possible loan just so they can close it. The person I spoke to got frustrated when I tried to explain that W-2s are only for salaried employees not for self-employed people and that self employed people also do not get paystubs She wanted to tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about and got frustrated since clearly I had more information about financing than she did in her limited capacity to try and get a loan for me . She actually said these words "I don't wanna argue about finances, sir, and at this point, I thanked her for her time and hung up the phone. First off you shouldn't get frustrated with a customer on the call, if you find yourself getting frustrated you should say, can you put you on a short hold and take a breather and maybe ask a manager to help not just want to be right. They also should ask the manager or someone who knows something about taxes, who Self-employed and who is a W-2 salaried employee because this girl had no idea. They clearly are not a company that hires people that understand real finances. I was more than horrified by the actions of the person I spoke to, the actions of the company who clearly gives you a fake approval over the Internet, and cannot do their jobs. If you're looking for any kind of personal loan, don't just walk away from this company run and never call them back they will take your money and whatever else you have to offer them and pretty much rip you off.

I have had these (bad) loans from them for years, because they funded me when others wouldn't. I paid on time for many years and it didn't ever help me get a better loan. You have to be humble and realize, you created your financial situation. I financed and re-financed cars, when they offered me extra money, I took it. Tallia cares about people and did her best for me. Martin got me the worst loan, more than my car was worth + cash. I paid off another car with it. He was doing his job. They are not rude or judgmental. Now I'm filing a BK and the loan will be restructured. Don't blame people for your bad choices. Read the contract. It is straight-forward...but it isn't good.

    We have been members of horribly disgraceful credit union for over 20 yrs. and there is no worse…read morebank to bank with. The website and app add down more than they work. The app and bank do not have Zelle or CashApp to transfer money, SERIOUSLY...!!!!! The ATM machines must be recycled from shut down banks. Molasses runs faster than their ATM's move. The customer service reps are nonchalant and slow as the 7 yrs itch. The kicker is, they want you to call them 24hrs ahead of time to notify them that you are withdrawing a large amount of money "OUT OF YOUR OWN ACCT". WTF, it's my damn money. I wish you would try to tell me I can't get "MY" money out of the bank. Their banking hours are despicable, you close Monday-Wednesday at 4pm. Talk about bankers hours, Com'n Man. This Credit Union needs to be operated by a totally different team/operator or shut down completely. You are supposed to be a convenience not a hinderance to the community. You will definitely be losing a long time customer. There are more RED flags here than at a Raiders football game.

I have an account here as well as my mother (both for almost 20 years). We both have been having log in issues for many months. Every time we request a password reset, we never receive the email (not even in spam folder). We've called in over a dozen times each and the rep thinks they can figure out the problem only to find out there is nothing they can do as their solutions failed and that we will have to wait 1 business day for a follow up call from a specialist. EVERY FREAKING TIME, they NEVER CALL BACK. So we have to call back and wait on hold again for 45 minutes for them to go through the whole routine and state: "a specialist will call you in one business day." I feel like I'm in the twilight zone while trying to work with this broken credit union. My mother and I have not been able to see our statements or anything for many many months now (during a pandemic and recession). My mother is too afraid to enter the bank due to Covid so she can't even leave the credit union. She is essentially stuck. I will be cancelling 20 years of being a customer next week. Oh yeah, and after telling the person on the phone this, all they did was give us excuse after excuse about why they are having issues. I don't care! My mother needs access to her bank account and I do too!!!! As a side note, all of their locations (minus Martinez) are in the ghetto, so I never felt safe going to the physical banks. LOOK ELSEWHERE PLEASE! There is a reason why everyone has rated this one star minus one person.

    This was a great branch until recently. Today was the worst. I stood in line for over 5 minutes…read morewhile the teller and a person had a long conversation about fund availability. It's fine. I get wanting answers. At 11:15 when I got to the window to get a same day debit card replacement, I was tuned away because it might be after closing before they finished. I was told on the phone to go to this branch and get a card. The teller told me to go to Antioch because they have more people. I said, "what if they can't help me before closing?" And he replied, " if you get there before noon they have to help you." Excuse me? I'm here before noon and you won't help me. He said the banker was busy and it would be after closing time before she could help me again. I went to Antioch where there was also 1 teller and 1 banker working. The nice teller told me to have a seat and the banker would help me as soon as she could. It took about 7 minutes for her to finish up with a customer and she called me over. When I told her what happened in Pittsburg she shook her head. She had also been busy all day and they have the same number of people on Saturday. She had a new card to me in less ham 10 minutes. She was thorough in making sure I had proper ID before giving me a card, which I appreciated since I was there to replace one used fraudulently. The teller at Pittsburg was just worried about not getting out right at noon. But he was willing to make others work extra. I get being overworked but this was ridiculous. Trying to make another branch do your work. The stars are only because driving further did get me a card.

Technically the level of technology has improved, with the automated tellers being easier to use. Online banking has also improved greatly, as it is visually easier to see, and to see the running balances. I like this bank very much so far!​
