The other branch at Delta Fair informed us they have no time since we arrived at 4:20 pm yesterday & we need to make an appointment. They said we can also try walking in the next day, which we did. Unfortunately they insisted we make an appointment because the lady was fully booked but it was just me and my husband waiting, like it'll take adding my husband to my account forever. Took us only 15 minutes at this lone Tree branch. Javier is also very pleasant. Total night & day demeanor between Line Tree branch and the awful Delta Fair branch.

It just depends on what kind of transaction people are doing and the number of tellers working. They have improved since the pandemic though. Still need much improvement. My recent experience was not very good. A representative called me to make an appointment about a CD and I decided to take him up it on the offer. I went to the appointment, showed up 10 minutes early, and he was still with his previous customer which is fine. Until it was my turn. I waited for 15 mins. He didn't even come and acknowledge me or say how much longer he'll be. So, I told the manager and he was not helpful either. Anyway, in the future, if you're going to call someone in, to sell you products or what not, you should take the time to acknowledge your customers. So they don't leave. I been with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years, I think they can do better. By the way I choose to stay with the bank because I like the on line service, just the experience at the local branch needs improvement.

I went over to Antioch branch, spoke with Vincent and he resolved everything and listened and allowed me to vent about my experience. He was a banker, manager, therapist, and someone that I feel truly cared. Not only did he provide amazing service and save my relationship with Wells Fargo as a new customer, Camille "head teller" & Aurora as well were exceptionally kind.
