He didn't even come and acknowledge me or say how much longer he'll be. So, I told the manager and he was not helpful either. Anyway, in the future, if you're going to call someone in, to sell you products or what not, you should take the time to acknowledge your customers. So they don't leave. I been with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years, I think they can do better. The ATM machine dispensed 3 counterfeit $20 dollar bills amongst the bills that I received. I noticed the bills felt thicker and looked strange. When I tried to deposit the money into my Chase account the same ATM machine would not take the bills it just gave me. When I called Chase this morning they would not help me. They told me to call CitiBank. Even though it was their machine that has the counterfeit bills in it. Do not use this ATM machine! I have an Oakley PD incident report and CitiBank is now disputing my transaction. But this could take 45 days. Someone in the bank had to have loaded this machine with fake money. ATM's can detect the counterfeit bills going in but obviously not coming out.
