Called to schedule appointment and was advised by staff there is no available appointments for 2 weeks and I'm better off opening an account online. I advised I prefer in person due to amount she said sorry nothing she can do. I went online opened account deposited check in branch. I was advised by teller funds availability 4 days. Received a notice in 3 days funds held until 24th. Was declined a temporary debit card and advised to use Apple Pay instead. He also advised a banker will be scheduling an appointment with me to go over high yield saving options. Received a call next day to come In... Funny how now all of a sudden they want to set an immediate appointment because of the balance? So I guess unless you have a sufficient amount of money you are less of a priority. Also, Couldn't pay certain bills because they don't accept Apple Pay. Called customer service today July 24th to advise I will be stepping into branch to get a cashier's check to pay for a down payment to a new place. Was declined access to cashier's check. Was advised she couldn't tell me why. Mind you, I had my social security card, passport & drivers license. The funds are legitimate. I was treated as if I was a fraud committer when I am a law abiding citizen that is just trying to move. She then advised to transfer the funds to our via "Apple Pay". Guess what.. I can't transfer money because it says Ive reached my daily card limit. When I advised that I informed my landlord I will be out on the first and if I don't get this cashiers check I will be out on the street, they advised nothing they can do. I contacted customer service they advised my account is in good standing and don't see any alerts as to why I've been declined a Cashier's check. I am very upset as I feel discriminated against and treated as someone who has committed a crime, when all I am simply doing is paying off my debt to be debt free from my move & putting a down payment on a condo that I've worked my ass off to obtain. So here is the result. Because I can't get a cashiers check today I am not able to pay down payment for the place I was approved for. I am going to be homeless because I told my landlord that I will be out on the first. Thanks Wells Fargo!

To shorten I wasn't allowed a cashiers check to put a down payment on condo, and was also refused service at the teller line to pull 40 dollars. Mind you, not once did I yell, curse or even be disrespectful. When I told the BM I'm moving have you ever moved? She got up and dismissed me like I was a peasant. I went over to Antioch branch, spoke with Vincent and he resolved everything and listened and allowed me to vent about my experience. He was a banker, manager, therapist, and someone that I feel truly cared. Not only did he provide amazing service and save my relationship with Wells Fargo as a new customer, Camille "head teller" & Aurora as well were exceptionally kind. Day and night experience with this branch compared to the other. If you want a good experience with wells go to Antioch and have Vincent help you! Thank you Antioch team for not only your kindness but allowing me the fresh new start I've always wanted in a new state!

I have never seen a bank ran this way. I'm used to all employees pitching in to clear the lines. Not here! This bank is very unprofessional and clearly does not know how to provide good customer service or function with any type of customer first methodology. Pass if you value your time and worth.

Although the wait was substantial because there was a lot of customers, the process was very smooth and informative. I chose right to bypass the online application because the person that helped me was very friendly with lots of information about the different accounts that were available. Like Patelco, my first CU, Travis offers great services without the bloat of your regular banks. Solid 4-stars with my first interaction with Travis Credit Union.

I met Nicole who was a knowledgeable and friendly banker. She was just awesome and an asset to the bank. I did deduct one point from a perfect score because Travis did not give me an ATM card unto the second try and then failed to mail a pin code which I have read in other reviews as well. They told me they went with a new company that delivers the PIN code and I have requested this several times and was ordered a few times but never came. I ordered it to the bank itself to be kept in their vault they said-NEVER came! I ordered it to the house-NEVER came! I gave up and don't use the ATM anyway as I go into the bank itself which you do not need a card like other banks so they tell me. I have never withdraw yet because it is in a multi-month CD so when the time comes I will update it it goes smoothly to withdraw my money or not?! That kind of makes me suspect in reality why are they having so much trouble with a PIN code being delivered to its customers-like do they want to prevent people taking their money out!? However, I did check and TCU has a good and solid bank rating. It is insured by the NCUA (like FDIC but for credit unions). At least making some money, since regular big banks are not giving anything other than pennies literally. So I will update if anything is questionable or not good, but so far it has been great and I earned a good amount. I did rollover into the best interest rate again although it was a bit lower, but still decent among the brick and mortar. You can get quite a bit sometimes with online banking, but I honestly do not trust online banking because there is no place you can go to if sometghing happens and they shut down and cannot reach them online or on the phone, who can you go to?! At least the brick and mortar places, you have someone you can yell at or get your money hopefully and I mean if they invested in a physical place with employees, etc more of a chance it is invested in its company. Updated to add: manager read my Yelp and personally called to help me with getting an ATM card and PIN code. She apologized for the problem and said she will do anything to make it right! Way to go- I appreciated it being a customer and not just an account number like in the big banks. I like TCU even more now!

I counted them on the Chase counter, in front of the teller Dena, before I hand them to the her. It was 700$, and the area I counted the cash was a right ankle that Chase camera on the ceiling would capture clearly. Cashbox #07, Session #16, Transaction #34. After I hand the 700$ to teller Dena, I looked down to my wallet because I needed to put back my debit card. Then I heard her saying it's only 660$. In between her have my cash and the cash goes on the counting machine, I lost eye contact of the money about 10 seconds. I immediately ask my money back and count again. At this time, it's too late, only 660$ left. Even I lost eye contact for that time, but the camera on ceiling capture everything. The deposit amount still shows 700$ now in my account because I pulled money Again from my wallet which was 40$ to make it become 700$ again. I needed to deposit 700$ so it's enough to pay credit card bills. The camera would also capture me pulled money the 2nd time from wallet. I know 40$ is not a very big amount, but if this happens as a pattern on different customers too, together could be a big amount. Everything was captured on the camera including I was counting the 700$ on the counter at the very beginning, the evidence is there. I hope Chase can investigate on this.
