I really love this salon! Just moved to Denver and had tried a few places that were just a little disappointing. Go figure the spot closest to where I live was a total gold mine! The picture shows my nails 6 days after service and I feel like they still look brand new. They have specials and discounts all the time. Atmosphere is clean and inviting. Very cozy too! Honestly not worst your money. Run and go somewhere else. I'm not big on writing reviews but this is necessary because my nails are soo awful. I came her today with my best friends to get a rebase shellac done. Everything was going well til she cut me umm ouch, wasn't very happy with that. Beside getting cut my nails looked good after she shaped and buff then . When she started painting I could noticed my nails were uneven and not equal the same surface with a lot of bumps and Lopsided edges. Also I understand white is hard to paint on but if you're not equipped enough to do so ask some else to polish for you simple! The white polish came out uneven you can tell where she tried to fix a spot and didn't paint the other side, there's bubbles everywhere and I though it would look better after the top coat was applied hah was I wrong. I'm honestly just so upset to how bad they look paying 35 dollars for a rebase was not worth it to how my nails look. And the owner gave use a couple of 2 dollars off our next visit like okay bye. read more

No consideration for COVID matters. I walked in to a full salon, then watched as chairs weren't wiped down after being used, people being sat side by side and gloves not being warn. Masks were the only thing that made you think there was anything different. While the gal doing my mani/pedi was nice, her painting job was less that great (uneven lines, not even close to covering my full nail bed). Came home and took it off right away. Would have gone back for money back or fixing it but frankly wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. read more

I am from out of state so I'm not sure if my standards are different but worst manicure I've ever had. Prices are not listed inside and seems to be whatever price they can swindle out of you. Within 48 hours the entire polish has popped off my nail and I have been mindful to take care of my nails. I also had a French, so kinda weird that all of it popped off together. I spent $52 on a pedicure and manicure, back home I could have gotten pedi and shellac mani for the same price and better quality. Their prices are reasonable for the services. Rose, Lan, and Henry do really careful work. Some of the other stylists aren't as careful. When I get one of the other stylists assigned to me, I choose a lighter color that won't show mistakes as easily. I should call ahead and make a reservation requesting their services, but I always forget. read more

Well my bad experience here is probably my fault; despite the reviews I decided to come in here anyway. I called and made an appointment for a regular manicure, and thought how could they mess this up? Also it's right across the street from where I work, so it was convenient. No amount of convenience will make me come back. I got a regular 'ol manicure for $15 but felt like I should have only paid $5 considering my nails were so wet after sitting at the dryer for 20 mins that when I left they instantly smudged and looked terrible. They DON'T use a fast dry top coat so be weary. Also my "manicure" was awful. She didn't soak my nails before filing or clipping them and now my nails are breaking the VERY NEXT day. She also didn't use any cuticle remover, she opted for lotion on only one hand. My massage consisted of simply rubbing 2 pumps of lotion into one of my arms and 1 pump into the other, applying no pressure. The paint job was sloppy and she scuffed my nail before I got up to go to the dyer and refused to fix it. When i asked for gems (which fell off the same night) for my nails, she made a big deal about it. She wasn't rude but wasn't very nice either. Will not be going back. I would honestly get this place no stars if I was able to. The staff here are incredibly rude. They like to argue about how you would like your nails done like the length and shape of your nails. Finally when The nail tech started doing them the shape I wanted and length I wanted she decided to roll her eyes and very clearly Was talking crap about me in their language. I'm all fine with them talking in their language in their own shop that doesn't bother me but don't talk and professionally about somebody. Also my nails have already chipped twice today. And I literally got them done at 1 PM today, and I'm writing this at 9 PM.. I will never ever be back to the salon. read more

A friend and I were looking for a place to get a couple pedicures after lunch and popped into here. They were very busy but we were able to get in right away, even without an appointment. I'm not sure about all of the services they offer or the prices, as I never saw it posted. However we both "upgraded" from the basic pedicures and we were pleased with the service. The polish turned out very nice but I do wish that it would have held up a little longer as it is starting to chip after only 9 days. The towels were stained and torn, but overall the place was fairly clean. The staff was friendly and it seems that they had a lot of regular customers that come in frequently. All in all, I would likely return and give this place another try if I'm in the area. read more

After an abject failure of customer service on my last visit, I went back to discuss the issue and see if they would fix my pedi. Mindy and the owner have (mostly) redeemed my opinion of this establishment. I explained the issues (over an hour wait for a scheduled appointment, that it took 3 hours for 4 basic pedicures, that flower wouldn't show up on my nail and was badly done and the tech refused to change it or have someone else help), and got some "education" on what I should have done differently, (all things I DID do, at the time of the original service and when I scheduled!!!) from both the owner and the tech... Not what I'd hoped for... Apparently, the customer isn't right, even when they follow the rules. At the end, I did get my polish change and a LOVELY, detailed flower. That flower on my toe is why I even get pedis, one time a year... I can get my callouses off and paint my toes my own self, and it doesn't cost $40! Final analysis, Mindy did a lovely job on my polish at no additional charge (tipped her anyhow- wasn't her fault). I might go back, but probably not on a Sunday, and I know who to ask for next time! read more

He is so harsh on your nails that he ruins them until they can grow out and he's also very sloppy. I have been in a few times. The Owner Tiffany was doing my nails. The poor customer service started the Saturday before Mother's Day. I came right on time for my appointment and I know she likes cash instead of credit cards so I said after I would go get cash. Most people would have appreciated it because honestly it was easier for me to pay with a card but she used the opportunity to ask me to go get it right then so she could do a walk in pedicure and I should come back in half and hour. I tried to be a good sport about it but it bothered me and the poor lady clearly got a rushed pedicure. She also cut me a couple of times by going too fast. Today I went there and I had previously worn black polish. She was sloppy about taking it off and then when she went under my fill she went to the quick trying to get the black out and she ended up literally making 5 of my fingers bleed by using the file too aggressively. I told her to please slow down and stop cutting me. At one point I wanted to get up and leave before she was done and then cut them off. She put alcohol on the places I was bleeding. I was really mad then. At the end of the awful experience I asked how much for the rebase and she said $18. I gave her $20 and left. Then I had to stop by Walgreens to get some polish and now I am going to polish my own nails. What a joke. I have also been passed over to someone else when I needed a repair and she was too busy. I needed two new nails. He didn't even come close to using the same size nail as on the other hand. If this is what you get with the owner good luck if you get someone else. I am so irritated after planning my afternoon around her schedule and now I have to paint my own nails. I wouldn't go back there if you paid me. read more

This place is horrible. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they gave me something completely different. It's like the stylist looked at the picture, said "screw that" and did whatever he wanted. It almost brought me to tears that I spent 50 dollars on acrylics for a very important Christmas event, and didn't even get what I wanted. I told him that he needs to redo them how I showed him in the picture, and that what I got wasn't what I asked for. After he started to redo them, I was very nice about it. I said thank you and I apologized for the misunderstanding, what upset me the most was that about four other employees tried to get involved in the situation. I had to tell one of them to back off because she kept telling me to do things that I already knew I had to do. On top of all of that, they cut open my pinkie on my left hand with one of the tools because he wasn't being careful. Basically, they won't do what you want, they will do what they think will look good, they aren't very careful, and they don't know how to deal with an upset customer, I wasn't causing a scene, I was very polite and I tipped him well even after all of that. The other employees were just being rude. Anyway, don't go here. It's just terrible. read more

I visited this salon for the first time this morning to have a fill in and was very disappointed. First off, when I arrived I was told it would only be a couple minute wait, as I was in a bit of a hurry, and ended up not being seated for 30-40mins. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, I could tell they were busy. As she started on my nails she insisted that I needed a whole new set...seeing as how I just got that set 2 weeks prior I wasn't thrilled, but I went with her recommendation. Removal was extremely rough and painful, and the old acrylic wasn't even completely removed before she started my new set! The application took an abnormally long time, and she seemed very scattered. By the time she finished my nails were all uneven, paint globbed on and all over the sides of my nails/fingers. I had acrylic covering majority of my cuticles and chunks underneath. And when I asked her to fix them I was given a dirty look and attitude. Now I will have to go spend more money to have them fixed. Overall I was very unhappy with my service, and will not be returning to this salon. read more

My best friend came into town to stay with me this weekend. We were trying to find a good place to get our nails done. We found OPL Nails that was rated 4.9 stars. It looked pretty nice but the customer service was SUPER POOR!! I have never had an issue with getting a rebase on my acrylics. First, they were so rough it hurt. Second, They speak horrible English and give an attitude if you can't understand them. Third, They DON'T know what they are doing. Fourth, They take their sweet ol' time when I was in a pretty big hurry. I decided to leave and go back to the place who originally does my nails even though I was trying to avoid driving all around town on a sunday. They didn't even have the decency to file down my nails where they didn't snag on my clothing or poke my puppy in the face before I could even take my friend back to where she needed to go. SKIP THIS PLACE. RUDE, SLOPPY, TOOOOO LONG OF A WAIT. If I learned anything about customer service, it is that the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Their customer service was pretty disgustingly awful.
