There was a problem with another Clark's store correctly shipping my 3rd pair and he worked diligently until the issue was resolved. I contacted corporate and offered details and photos about the incident..they never responded back to me about any desire to rectify the situation, despite the details were captured in a police report! This store is their closest one to their HQ..and they didn't even bother to do anything about the situation. I encourage anyone visiting the store to expect the same behavior..DSW could care less. What's the point of a large selection if the staff won't bother to bring the other shoe from the back. I WOULDN'T GET ANOTHER PAIR OF DSW SHOES HERE IF THEY WERE FREE.
