    I placed a same day order and they delivered the most beautiful flowers within in hours. I will definitely use them again!

    am grateful that Openblooms delivered flowers to my sister and that the flowers were fresh. However, I am disappointed that they didn't look anything in color like the order I selected. I chose pink roses as pert of the arrangement and they did not make the arrangement including any pink roses. They only placed red and yellow roses and the arrangement just didn't look anything like what I selected. Not sure why they did this or why they didn't tell me that they could not create the arrangement I ordered. I will show you what I ordered and what my sister received today.

    I placed an order on 2/4/26 for a Valentine's Day delivery on 2/13/26 - a full NINE days in advance. I wanted to pre-order because I know how busy it gets, and wanted the floral shop to have plenty of notice. I actually had to get in touch with customer service on 2/4 because I received status updates about my order being "On its way," which confused me and I had to go back and make sure I had set the delivery date correctly. Customer service didn't respond to my feedback of the confusing status emails but did confirm that delivery was slated for 2/13. Ok. So why is it that I have to call at 2pm ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY and ask for a status update on the actual day? Talked to a real person and she said that due to the "volume of orders," my delivery was running late but SHOULD still make it by 4pm. 4pm rolls around, she calls me back and says that they would no longer be able to deliver by COB because it was a business (they close at 5pm) and asked me for an alternative address. I went ahead and just cancelled my order because I refuse to give them my business at this point. I was left scrambling trying to find a florist that could deliver by COB but most of the flower shops in the area weren't even accepting Vday orders anymore - thanks a lot OpenBlooms. Maybe Stephen T responding to everyone's 5-star reviews here on Yelp should re-examine his business model if they can't fulfill a Valentine's Day order for a customer who orders 9 days in advance, in anticipation of the sheer "volume of orders." If you're a flower shop that can't fulfill Vday orders...what is even the point?! Maybe actually address the real complaints about service for people leaving anything less than 5-star reviews. There are some good reviews on here but I'm warning everyone - only order from this business if you want to roll the dice on your flowers getting delivered. There are plenty of local florists who will get the job done. OpenBlooms claims that it is a local flower shop, but HQ operates out of Chantilly and this was for an order in Philadelphia. ----- TLDR; -Ordered 9 days in advance for 2/13/26 delivery for Vday -Had to call to confirm my order was still getting fulfilled at 2pm day of delivery -Was told it was running late but delivery still possible -Updated that delivery wasn't going to happen -No apologies from the business -Had to follow-up to confirm refund as well -DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TRUSTED SERVICE

    Florida buyers beware. They pretend like they are a 4 generation store and local. And they say they are in Fort Meyers and do local delivery. So I placed an order today. Then it gets canceled because the call center in Virginia cannot find a shop to fulfill the order. Really? I'm trying to deliver to a suburb of Fort Myers. Wouldn't your family owned store be able to help? Now too late to find a true local florist today. Clownish. No call. No offer to do tomorrow or Monday. Just a cold email written by a computer.

    Is this a legit company? i NEVER received my $97 (Botanical Bliss) mothers day flowers for my mother that i ordered the morning of WEDNESDAY MAY 7th. On Sunday morning, i had a gut feeling "i should call" since i did not receive any follow up about delivery. Much to my surprise i received the company's voicemail stating "due to the overwhelming mother's day orders they will not answer the phone NOR respond to voicemails." This is extremely strange based on a company not having any type of customer service for their...customers. Even if the reason was due to overwhelming of orders, maybe they should've reached out and asked customers to pick up orders oppose to delivery --- or even cancel orders so customers can be updated and not surprised when they receive NOTHING. You're not running some childish lemonade stand, you have to conduct yourself as a freakin business. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!

    They take your money after failing to meet delivery timeframe expectations. These flowers werent delivered yesterday to someone who is still in the hospital because the driver marked them as discharged. WHICH IS NOT ACCURATE. I wasted $100 on trying to send a new mother flowers to congratulate her. Order from any other company. Kia was no help when contacted next day for a resolution and instead cancelled and refunded the order. This is not acceptable business practice and they should be ashamed for the lack of accountability and follow thru. AWFUL

    Very pleased with the service and the product from OpenBlooms! I was able to get quick delivery and my friend said the bouquet was beautiful - and she sent a picture which showed that it really looked like the image when I ordered (I hate it when the product winds up not looking much like the photo!). Gorgeous big roses! Perfect sunflowers!

    Ordered flowers again for my friend on a Friday after six or seven pm, and they were delivered the next day, early in the am! They are beautiful and she loved them! I appreciate how quick and timely they are. A great florist and reasonably priced!

I was very pleased to find this business, especially since I am not local, so can't easily pop into a store and talk to the owner to learn more about the flowers. But it was an easy online process. I planned to send flowers for my mom who lives in Virginia for her birthday. Instead of the standard 1-800 flowers, I wanted to choose a local florist in the area that offered delivery and support a small business. After some research of northern Virginia florists who offer delivery on flower bouquets, I chose Chaya Floral, which I highly recommend. Chaya Floral's website was easy to use, with a good amount of floral bouquets to choose from for delivery. Compared to other florists, Chaya is more expensive. However, their arrangements are high-quality with fresh flowers and lovely designs. It's worth the money. I chose the "Touch of Love" design, which was modern and chic, which I knew my mom would love. When checking out, you can add items for an extra charge, so I added a balloon with the bouquet and made sure to place it a few days before my mom's birthday for delivery. They cannot deliver on the same day, so plan ahead. On delivery day, my mom was not at home at the time when the florist attempted to deliver, so the florist called me and let me know that instead of leaving it at the door, she would drive out and deliver it again in a few hours, which I appreciated since it was raining that day and we didn't want the flowers to be outside in the rain. The bouquet looked very similar to what's displayed online, and they also indicate that if certain flowers aren't available, they will substitute flowers of equal or higher quality. Also, instead of a typed message, the florist handwrites the message on a card for an extra touch. I'm very glad I found Chaya Floral and would highly recommend using Chaya for flowers in the northern Virginia area.

The flowers were stunning. One of my bridesmaids said that she's been a bridesmaid several times but had never had such a gorgeous bouquet because usually the bridesmaid bouquet is really small and sad looking. All the bouquets were stunning. The chuppah was vibrant. Growing Wild also really listens to their clients and helps come up with really good solutions, like our flower girl passing out flowers to guests rather than dropping petals. I strongly recommend that you give your flower girl a flower halo because then the bride gets to wear it later that night which is just so beautiful. First of all, working with Barbara in itself was one of our favorite parts- she lends such a great, quirky, humorous, but warm energy to the experience that made us feel at ease and taken care of. She encouraged coming out to her farm whenever we could to see the flowers, containers, and candles, and to discuss all of the nitty gritty details. Growing Wild is unique in that they grow and supplement with their own flowers on Barbara's amazing northern VA farm property in addition to wholesale purchased florals. She has much more flex and creativity in what flowers can be used on your day. So, what does this mean? This means that on our LATE JUNE wedding, we got luxurious and highly coveted peonies and ranunculus from the farm!!! These normally are ephemeral May only flowers. It's clear that Barbara and her team have such an expert understanding of blending colors, textures, and moods (yes, flowers have moods!) that if you just give her your color palette, wedding vibe, and budget, she can comfortably take it from there. I had a vision from the start and she understood completely what I wanted and how to deliver with great tips and tricks to tie in other elements I hadn't even considered. If I brought in ideas, Barbara found a way to make it happen. Now, let's talk about budgeting. Growing Wild was so understanding and respectful of having a clear budget and staying close to or within it. Barbara was straightforward about what would cost more, how to stay within budget, what was worth it and what wasn't, and was so reasonable with pricing and worked so well with us in our pricing comfort zone. She knows all the tricks to getting the best bang for your buck, including lots of floral repurposing. On my wedding day, I was absolutely blown away by the florals and there is no question the tone, beauty, and visual experience they set for everyone on the day. The colors, the artful arrangements, the creativity, the variety....wow!!! They even repurposed the flowers on our arch to below our sweetheart table which created an amazing look. Many arrangements had multiple purposes and gave me such joy to see used more than once- the bridesmaids bouquets in clear vases near the welcome area, the ceremony chair posies used on tables at cocktail hour and on the outside steps at our reception, and the two large aisle arrangements creatively flanking our greenery/neon sign wall (which I didn't think of and never would have, and was so excited to see when I walked in- genius for awesome photos). Barbara's daughter Lindsey did most of the floral coordination and set up on the day of and she was similarly just as awesome and artful with the entire experience. Barbara and the Growing Wild team, you all made our floral dreams come true and we can't imagine our day without you in it. I'll never forget all of our flowers; from my bouquet, to the ceremony arch, to the high and low arrangements, to the whimsical welcome sign arrangement... the list goes on and on. We got SO many compliments. HIRE GROWING WILD!
