My blooms were beautiful - they came arranged really nicely in a vase. It's Day 6 and they are still going strong, with some removal of dead petals here and there and changing out the water, the arrangement still looks great!! There were a couple closed buds that just starting to open up and I love it. The only thing I would say is I do wish they included a couple flower food packets so I could replenish when I changed out the water. Perhaps their would take that into consideration for the future. But I would recommend this florist for sure. read more

I ordered a standing floral spray arrangement delivery for a funeral at a church. I included the building number and details about how to find the correct building. When I arrived, I discovered that the delivery driver dropped off the flower arrangement outside in front of the wrong building. That placement not only misdirected people to the wrong building, but also ended being too late to include with the other flowers at the front of the funeral service. While the arrangement itself looked like the photo, the careless delivery defeated the purpose of being used at the funeral. It's a big fail and I would not order from Open Blooms again. read more

Ordered a bouquet to bring to dinner host. Flowers did arrive on time but oof, what a disappointment. Looked like I got the leftovers or bottom of the barrel. Many were wilting and had brown edges on them. I was so looking forward to this bouquet as I upgraded and spent a pretty penny. Unfortunately, I will not order from this place again and I will be sure to make others aware of my experience. Apparently I missed where it said they take online orders only on their website because I showed up at their location and doors were locked with a sign on the door, "online orders only" and I really wanted a certain type of orchid they had for a friend I was going to see that evening. My husband had major surgery, we were out of the area for his surgery. We returned on Valentine's Day (Sunday), later that evening a dozen of red roses were delivered to me, even though he was in pain, he made it a point to order flowers for me while we were out of town. They were beautiful, but didn't last long. :o( By Tuesday they were all wilted and browning. Because it meant so much to me, given our circumstances, and that they were not cheap, I emailed the contact at the bottom of the website. She apologized and said that she would send out a new bouquet. Because of inclement weather and their computer system crashing I never received the new bouquet until the following Thursday (February 25). Again they were beautiful, but once again died two days later. :o(( I was told they were fresh from the farm prior to delivery. Apparently they weren't so fresh. I appreciate the effort in trying to fix the order, but am very disappointed that they didn't last at least for me to enjoy them. I'm sure my husband was disappointed too.
