They do have a full menu but I like to get there early for b'fast. Great wait staff, plenty of seating although they can get busy on weekends. Vernonia loop ride from the Sunset Highway into Vernonia and then the Scappoose to Vernonia highway back to highway 30 is a nice 100 mile ride from Portland. I prefer to do it on a weekday since that little town can get very crowded on weekends. Not the only breakfast option in town but this place is the best in my opinion.

And in the winter, it's open when most places are closed. Would I go back midweek? Honestly, I don't know. There are many better places in the area.
