I confirmed the timing several days before the event. Andrei showed up (on time) with no server, no plates, etc. Sent him to the store to get these items. He set up all the food at the same time and left. We had to do the serving ourselves. He didn't return until the next morning to pick up his stuff which we had to put out of the way. Only received two of the three main courses we ordered, food was mediocre at best. Very disappointing.

The quality of service, food, and the recipes used were beyond any restaurant in the area. So many of our guests remarked on how much they enjoyed everything from the salad to the little cupcakes and everything in between. Their serving staff was very professional and catered to every guests special needs and requests. They made sure that all the appetizers were served well before the ceremony along with the bar being stocked and opened as guests arrived. A cauliflower soup 2. Salad with pears 3. Short rib on a bed of potato and cauliflower with roasted asparagus. A delicious sauce accompanied the entree. 4. A caramel apple bread pudding for dessert.
