Everyone loved the food. Andre seamlessly executed the rehearsal dinner, tended bar and hosted horsdeouvres, drinks and canolli for deserts at our Santa Barbara wedding--each delivered with remarkable precision, intention, and grace. His ability to read the room, adapt in real time, and execute flawlessly (even under unexpected conditions) speaks to a level of professionalism that is truly rare. The unexpectes rain during our wedding reception did not stop his flawless execution. We are grateful to Andrei and I LOVE TO CATER for bringing this Italian flare to our very special wedding day.
