Some pieces has artistic inlays. The workmanship is outstanding. This furniture is meant to last a lifetime. The selection ranged from bedroom sets to dining sets to coffee and side tables. There was a single sofa and three upholstered chairs. The sofa was comfortable. Prices were what you'd expect for high-end pieces. Coffee table was at $1000 for example. The clerk was very friendly and took time to explain the offering. She told us that you can order custom made pieces at the location in Castleton. She was not pushy. During the winter months, the business is making the most of some available space at the corner of Westfield and Guilford. We learned a lot and appreciate the time she spent with us. One of the unique aspects of Blakley's is that you can take home sample flooring for a rental period of 3 days! Not sure if other places do this but this is good information and very helpful if you are a visual person and want to see the different flooring options in your home.
