Traditional Brazilian barbecue uses coarse salt on the meat that is cooked over an open flame or direct heat source. None of the meat was seasoned this way. 2) Farofa (unforgivable oversight for Brazilians). 3) Lightly breaded, fried bananas - a churrascaria staple. 4) Picanha com alho (garlic) - They served a garlic covered cheaper piece of meat. 5) Creme de Papaya com Cassis. Service was efficient, and they ran a special for people celebrating their birthday. The birthday person gets their main course for free. 20% tip was automatically added. Our server reminded us that was divided between them and other staff and pointed out the space where we could add an additional tip. Ambiance was traditional Brazilian steakhouse, with a small salad bar with hot food selections, as well. Conclusion: If you want an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse / Churrascaria experience, you're better off driving into Philadelphia, to King of Prussia, or Easton where you can still find it. It's worth the drive at this price point.

She did an amazing job, and the event rolled by so smoothly, it was over before we knew it :-( The cocktail was in the front "club bar", which is a beautiful mahogany bar & lounge, with a huge outdoor terrace. It was a beautiful day, and our guests enjoyed the drinks and butler-ed hors'dourves outside. After the cocktail, everyone moved into the huge ballroom, which also had an outdoor terrace. The view of the sunset behind the endless grassy golf course and trees was breathtaking. The best thing about WCC is that they only have one ballroom, one event at a time. There was no confusion who's event was where, like some of the other wedding I had been to. I highly recommend WCC for any classy event. The food is excellent and the location is simply beautiful. Very cool that Venue 618 was the only NJ restaurant to make the recent Yelp Top 100 restaurants in the US. Sitting at the bar, we were served by Zoey, Steve, and Mike. They've re-done their cocktail menu to include beautiful color illustrations. I enjoyed "One in a Melon," a well-balanced whiskey cocktail with Frank August small batch bourbon, melon, poblano pepper, Aperol, and lime. This was followed by a tasty whiskey sour. My wife ordered a Lemon Drop martini, followed by a decadent chocolate-pistachio dessert martini. All of the cocktails were well-balanced and delicious. On the food side, I munched on a baked macaroni & cheese with chorizo. It was perfect! The Death of Hospitality brand thrives on personalization and unexpected surprises. Mixologist Steve, realizing that I'm a whiskey afficionado, surprised me with a small pour of Rock Hill Farms Single Barrel bourbon. This is a difficult bottle to find in New Jersey. The food was amazing. The filet mignon, halibut, and chicken Milanese all drew rave reviews from my guests. What made the night even more enjoyable was the outstanding service by June, Ro and Beverly. I got more compliments on the service than on the food. These ladies never stopped moving and made each guest feel like they were the only ones in the room at times. From the first minute guests entered until they were thanked by the ladies on their way out the door, these three ladies showed why they are an asset to your restaurant. This is a Spacious hall with a great open layout, tables, chairs, bar area and even a separate room that can be used for children. Its also already set up with TVs and a great surround sound. They answered all my questions within minutes, the day of the venue I was having issues with the media when setting up , they came to the venue to help me IN PERSON and helped me around with the stuff I didn't know how to work with. And to top that off there was a staff member around to help around with any help we needed. Highly recommend them !
