This was not the case with here. Robert well exceeded our expectations! We had a 12 hour day of going to 7 different customers in the Philadelphia area and he made the day go seamlessly. As mentioned my CEO is very particular and he was growing frustrated that we didn't have time to stop and get him coffee and a Kind Bar between appointments. Robert went out during our meeting and came back with coffee and a box of Salted Carmel Kind Bars which he must have overheard my CEO say was his favorite. That immediately removed the tension in the car and allowed us to focus on the upcoming appointments. Robert did something so simple that was above and beyond what was required of him that day. From the moment my bride-to-be made the first call to Secrets, we knew we had made the right choice. She spoke with Flo, who walked her through every step of the process. She was nice, fun to speak to, and actually engaged her in conversation. Subsequent conversations were equally wonderful. We changed the pickup/dropoff times more than once, and each time they made it easy. The day of the wedding was just as excellent. Our driver, Bryan, was super relaxed and level-headed even as the bride and groom were crunched for time. He came into the house, grabbed the dresses, gently tucked them into the back of the van and was a general help. Once there, he brought everything inside and simply went above and beyond the call of duty. Bryan listened to our suggested routes and changed on the fly, without as much as a peep of protest. On the way home, he assisted us getting in and out of the vehicle, even moving the van closer to our reception site just to make it easier on some of our less-agile passengers. Total professionals. Further, the walkway was very large as well and the food was high, so getting around was a breeze, especially compared to other party buses. The driver was professional throughout the time and arrived on time. The driver also got us to Lucky Strike very quickly. The bus also had some cool amenities including overhead party lights, a mini-refrigerator and a Bluetooth speaker. Many of the guests loved the speaker as they could connect music through their phones to the bus. Altogether, this is a great bus company with nice staff and amenities.

Second time with my guest in front of him, got hold of Ron. He let him know would need to change the arrival time to 3:30pm fir the 8th. Sunday around 1 I get a call from Ron while still in the harbor. He had me booked for a car to be there Saturday. Not Sunday. He sent someone there Saturday. So I told him well that's not what I booked when I spoke to your office. He proceeded to let me know this was not his office's fault it was mine and they dont made mistakes. Well now I have to pay an extra 150 to have them get to us. We had no way home if we didn't pay it. So he told me he would be at the port by 6pm. We got off the ship at 330pm and waited. This company needs all new management, including the owner. It was probably the worst customer service and business practices I have ever witnessed. The discount is not worth it.
