I was really impressed with the facility. It is well-designed with nice furnishings and solid A/V technology. The conference center has an auditorium, atrium, computer labs, and meeting rooms. I believe I was in room 214/215. The room is a great meeting room for a large group. There was a giant, U-shaped, dark wood table. The chairs were super comfortable, too. She had the most incredible vendors to work with (balloons, cake, entertainment, bartending, food, decor) and executed my vision PERFECTLY. Best of all - she handled everything the day of with swift and ease so that I could truly enjoy myself. Clara is an absolute delight to work with; supportive, engaging, hard working, thoughtful, easy to talk to and always listens to exactly what you want/need. The manager or lady running the building currently gets mad at the customer for things that are wrong with the building. If you are only renting the place and not using any of their extra services they get butt hurt and sit in the corner of your party and watch everything going on, will walk through and watch at door openings like they are part of the party. The bathrooms are too small, you can't open the doors to the bathroom without moving the person washing their hands at the first sink, doors do not lock to stalls. The place overall needs better management, the place is a decent size but without opening that back extra party room they have you can't fit more than 200 safely. If they tell you otherwise they are lying. Find a better, less stressful place for a venue/party these people won't last long here. Only in it for the $$
