Super fast service. Had 20 seats available for our party. They let us bring in our own salad so that was nice for our church group. Their homemade ranch dressing was yummy. Ordered many pies & had em out fast. Couple of em were under cooked w/ mushy dough but most were ok. They messed up one salad we ordered a couple times but made it right. Not sure how to rate. I was staying downtown and pulled up places to eat. I saw that they had lunch specials til 3pm. I went in and asked if it was too late for the lunch special. They said yes by ONE minute. So I guess I'm not able to tell you if the pizza that looked pretty good on this site is good or not. I can tell you since I was only late by ONE minute - ONE would think that I could have gotten the lunch special. . I'd say next time but there won't be one. read more

Kind, accommodating workers, quick service, and yummy food! While options in Williamstown are limited for food don't let that you underestimate Opa's Pizzeria! My mom has an oregano allergy so they accommodated her by doing no sauce on our pizza! They also allowed us to split pizzas in half choosing different toppings in each 1/2! There was indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside and there was live music being played which was lovely. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick, easy, family-friendly dinner option! read more

I really wanted to like this place. Atmosphere and service was a 10 but I don't understand how you can invest that much money into such a big beautiful pizza oven and produce something that tasted undercooked? First of all--please, PLEASE add more sauce! It was like they painted the sauce on the pizza! Why go cheap on the sauce?! Second, what kind of cheese are you using?! Zero flavor; zero stretch and zero color! Little sauce and the pizza came out white! I hate leaving a bad review because this place has the potential to bring in people from all over the place. I hope the owners see this and just tell the staff to add a little more sauce and cook the pizza a little longer. Or, give customers an option of light or heavy sauce. Also, maybe give an option of regular or crispy crust? Maybe use better cheese? We'll come back and give it another shot. read more

I am so disappointed in the declining quality of food and the apathetic attitude of those who sell it. I went in to Opas at 12:15 pm and ordered a house salad with chicken. Got it back to my office and discovered nothing but lettuce, croutons a smidge of cheese and room temperature rubbery chicken. All for a price tag of around $15. I called and asked to speak with a manager, it took her five minutes to get on the phone. I told her what happened and she said "oh you got the Caesar salad. I told her I ordered the house salad which claimed to have a lot of other toppings. I was one of two customers in the restaurant. The manager did offer to bring me the right salad, but I never accept offers like that after being critical of the restaurant. I did mention to the manager who had me on speaker, that meat must either be at 140 degrees or below 40 degrees. They said that they precook their chicken and then "warm it up" upon order. God knows how long it had been since that chicken was cooked. My office is about 3 minutes from Opas. If that meat had been "warmed" to 160 degrees or even 140 degrees it would have still been warm. It has potential for food borne illness. Restaurants should know this. Plus the chicken appears slightly undercooked. Or it could just be the proteins breaking down in meat cooked well in advance. I wish these owners would get a clue or find someone who knows good food to run these restaurants. A good eatery should not have two customers at 12:15 pm on a Wednesday. Should have been my first clue. I am throwing this food away. I would have hoped they would have offered a refund. They did not. Guess I'll be hungry until the end of the day. Way to "own" Williamstown. It's quickly turning into a ghost town. Must be the ownership. IMHO. read more

Went here before their grand opening. The building and restaurant itself is beautiful. The owner owns the Burger Place next door, so the outside seating area between the two is really nice. The oven is seen inside - they show it off, and it is really cool. We elected to do a create-your-own-pizza with pulled pork, onions, and bell peppers. It was okay. It felt like more traditional pizza, but it tasted dry - there wasn't enough sauce. Maybe that was because we didn't order one of their standard menu items. I sampled someone's BBQ Pork Pizza (the Mangalita?) - that was really good. I wish we would have ordered that one. The prices are a little high. It was good pizza, it tastes fresher than maybe something you'd get from a pizza chain. It wasn't GREAT (yet, maybe they are still finding their way). Would definitely give them another chance for sure. read more

3.5 stars - not bad, but room for improvement. We shared the Margherita pizza. The sauce was flavorful but very pepper-y; my mom liked it but I thought it was too much. I think there was a lot of liquid on the pizza, either from the tomatoes or the sauce, but the crust didn't hold up well and was pretty soggy in the center. read more

The staff was fantastic. However, we ordered a pepperoni pizza and the cinnamon crumble dessert, and the pizza was okay. The crust was very good, but the pizza hardly had any sauce or pepperoni on it. If you got two pieces of pepperoni on one of the eight piece slices, we were fortunate. Great wood fire pizzas. A nice blend of Italian style and American style pizza. The dough is amazing. Their sauce is wonderfully bright and fresh. Their ingredients are always fresh and their prices are a steal... especially when you realize how good their pizzas are. My husband love to come here for date night. Just ok. Stopped in from out of town after visiting the Ark. Pictures on here looked great, but pizza was underwhelming. I will say they have a nice salad, but pepperoni pizza was light on pepperoni and too much sauce. There was no Italian sausage on the menu (what??!), and they were out of chicken early on a Friday evening. We found the menu to be too limited and too inflexible for our liking -- you're not allowed to subtract or add ingredients to the specialty pizzas -- and not enough options for specialty pizzas. Great inside space, cozy and nicely decorated, with a spacious outdoor patio that had a cool vibe. Need more pizza options and don't be stingy with the pepperoni! read more
