I chose this company because of its positive reviews and expected a professional and transparent…read moreservice experience. The technician replaced the battery he brought, but after doing so, he still did not attempt to open the safe. Instead, I was told that I should consider drilling the safe or replacing the keypad, both of which would have resulted in additional costs. It was only after I repeatedly questioned whether every reasonable troubleshooting step had been tried that the technician made another attempt and successfully opened the safe without drilling or replacing any parts. My disappointment is about the lack of clear communication, the impression that more expensive solutions were suggested before all reasonable options had been exhausted, and the overall customer experience. After I contacted the company to share my concerns, they acknowledged that the technician could have communicated the troubleshooting process more clearly, but ultimately dismissed my concerns and closed the case without addressing the service experience. I hope this feedback helps future customers know what to expect and encourages the company to improve its customer service.

I called Abel on August 15 as I was pressed for time to go to Lowe's and get a part and replace it; after describing the problem and texting photos of the lock mechanism he came out that afternoon. He sounded very personable on the phone and explained his fee structure and he offered a two-year warranty on his parts and service. Sounded like a winner to me. He replaced the lock mechanism, the door worked, and went on his way. Less than one week later, the latch was doing the same thing. I contacted Abel again, and he wouldn't return my call but only corresponded via text. That two-year warranty? Don't believe it, as he texted me back it worked when he left, we both saw it work, and I never heard back from him again. Meanwhile, I'm out $240 as I wrote a check for once and didn't use my credit card. Needless to say, I think Abel is a rip-off artist and I would not recommend him to an enemy.

I was faced with buying a new FRM, shipped to me for $425 or dealership for almost $1000; however, I found them on Google and was pleased they could perform this FRM programming. They arrived in where I lived in Sugar Land, I took out the FRM module from the car and within about 30-ish minutes they were done and told me I could test it in front of them, if it didnt' work, I didn't have to pay. As soon as I had it installed I started the car and everything worked great! The cost was $150 and they traveled to me! If you have a BMW that needs an FRM reprogramming and you can handle taking this little module out of the footwell of your car, you'll save a ton of money! I am going to use them for keys and other ECM reprogramming I'll need in the future for my BMWs
