I experienced a very obvious dent about the size of your fist on the fender my brand new Subaru (six days old). I called a couple of traveling dent removal specialist but no one was able to respond quickly. I reached Authur who traveled all the way from Worcester to the World Trade Center in the Seaport District of Boston the next morning. It took him about an hour to completely remove the dent so that it could not be seen even under the best of light. He actually had a unique lighting system which showed even the slightest imperfection and none could be seen. He actuallly showed me a couple of imperfections of the original factory work using the system. I am a very particular person when it comes to my cars and would recommend Arthur to anyone even to work on the highest priced luxury vehicles. As an aside, I will relate to you that Authur would only take cash or a check. I was about $8 short on cash and he would not let me go to a friend across the room to borrow the addtional funds. He called it even. I got the money anyway but he still would not take it. I think I came out on the plus side...a great job at a great price. I recommend you call Authur at 508-410-1774 or nodent@gmail.com.

When I opened my door the wind ripped it out of my hand and put a dent in my friends fender. He was super upset since his car was a month old and he didn't want it repainted. I felt so guilty and had no clue what to do. I called around looking for a paint less dent removal and all centers that I found said they would not be able to handle that sort of a dent, until I emailed a picture to Arthur. He told me he would be able to do it and I was extremely excited, but sceptical since everyone else said no. After meeting Arthur in person, I knew my friends vehicle was in good hands. Arthur is a true magician and an Artist in his industry. I don't understand how he doesn't it, metal flows back in shape like there was nothing there. When he was done, there was no evidence of the damage and you would never know that there was an enormous dent in that fender. Since that trip I had Arthur repair my wife's Subaru , my work Van and have referred many customers to Boston Dent Pro. Everyone that I send to Arthur came back with a smile on their face. He is that good.

The car was still drivable, so I spent about three weeks searching for the best body shop in Massachusetts. I reached out to my best friend's boyfriend, who runs Choice Auto, and Ray told me that Siro Auto in Worcester was the best place to go. My car is a sports car with a lot of sharp angles, and it has a special paint color called Crystal Pearl White, so it needed real attention and experience. When Ray called Siro Auto, Lenardo took his own time to come see my car after hours. He was honest, straightforward, and very confident that he could handle the job. Knowing that he had worked with many high-end cars before made me feel a lot better. At the time, I was working full-time and didn't have rental coverage through my insurance, which stressed me out. Lenardo told me not to worry and that he could handle everything from talking to the insurance company to arranging a rental car for me. When I went into the office, I met Sidney, who helped me through the entire process. At one point the insurance company was going to total my car, but Sidney worked with them directly and saved it. He made sure everything was repaired with original parts only. While waiting for the repairs, the rental car they gave me had an A/C issue. I brought it back and they immediately gave me a different rental with no hassle at all. The whole experience was easy and the customer service was incredible. Sidney even helped me understand how to appeal a ticket and explained exactly what to do. He also installed my new tires and did a great job on the alignment. When I picked up my car, I couldn't believe how good it looked. The paint job was perfect, the color matched exactly, and they removed every scratch. The car looked brand new. They detailed the inside really well, and when I checked the engine bay, they had cleaned and detailed that too. All the lines on the car were straight and everything fit perfectly. It honestly came out better than when I first got the car. Sidney even took my car to get the inspection sticker so I could drive away without worrying about anything else. He truly went above and beyond. Without the rental they arranged, I would have spent a lot of money Ubering to work or renting a car on my own. After seeing how great my car came out, I really wanted to take some time to write this review. This place is a hidden gem. If you want a shop that pays attention to detail, takes pride in their work, and treats customers well, I would absolutely recommend Siro Auto Body. I've had many high-end cars and tried different body shops in the past, but from now on I'm only coming here. I also mentioned that I needed my sun visors replaced because the mirrors were broken, and Sidney told me he'd take care of that for no charge when I come back. If you're reading this and need your car fixed, stop searching and give Sidney a call. He's responsive, helpful, and will make sure you're taken care of from start to finish. Thank you Sidney!
