The phone is always answered politely and coherently...you can hear the smile on the other end. Norman is informative, and completely honest with what he expects out of the repair. This was great as I did not have rental insurance. When the car was done, it looked great. We were so glad it looked like new. Then, 3 weeks later, a second deer ran into the same quarter panel of the same car. I called Val back and told him that all his good work would need to be done again.
