But still. I bought numerous items on their most recent sale and loved all the goodies with a 30% or 50% markdown. The service is always friendly and the girls working there now recognise me. It's worth noting Kikki K also holds organisation and happiness workshops. Great place to go shopping for gifts.

The staff here are friendly and seem to have an idea of the very specific way that true stationery officianados need to revisit each item in the shop about twelve times per visit, as they make their mental lists of which pencil is cuter, which noteboook is the ideal size, which illustration best sums them up as a person. I'm not being mean! It takes one to know one. The only thing I would advise against at Kikki K is asking for too much assistance. I made that mistake and it kind of just made a hard decision harder, with all the options the sales assistant showed me.

Everyone. People gave up the treasures they were clutching in their grubby hands and ran over, and let me tell you, there are some considerable bargains here. This is the kind of goodwill this place gives. There are great deals, great bargains to find, cool stationery, hilarious greeting cards and just a well laid out store. This is what I want my Urban Outfitters gifts section to be like, but they've decided to turn up their nose at me. A lot of the designs run heavy on Paris, New York and skeletons - this is not a complaint. This is me wanting to buy a mini iPad so I can have one of their "Paris, je t'aime" iPad skin. There's lots of cool little knick knacks available that you don't see elsewhere (well not for these prices anyway) While the goods are evidently mass produced in some third world country, if your a trade aid groupie, probably best not to shop here. They are constantly having sales on already reduced prices which you can't really complain about. It was late night Thursday shopping, so I popped into the store with a large family portrait…read more(colour photo) - which had originally been professionally photographed, hot-pressed onto a board & framed,... way back in May 1981. I was hoping to have my photo scanned, printed & framed onto a faux canvas, based on their 16" x 20" sized option. Sam, the young Customer Service Rep, offered very attentive & professional assistance. He treated my photo & frame with absolute care, & made every effort to find the best possible solution. He took photos of the portrait as one option, then scanned the photo (in halves, due to it's size) as a secondary option. He then gave me the opportunity to choose which option was my preferred. I settled with the scanned option, as it was as per the original, & captured the colours & angles perfectly. Now it was time to work their magic...with the advanced skills & knowledge of Jonathon, the store's 'Photoshop Extraordinaire' - who has also provided exceptional service & much appreciated outcomes for several of my other photos in the past (also onto 16" x 20" faux canvas), including a Wedding Photo for a friend - who cried tears of joy on opening her present. Jonathon was able to blend the scanned halves of the image together, very quickly, seamlessly & professionally, to create a fantastic result & the perfect Father's Day Gift. Because business was flowing steadily, Sam & Jonathon were happy to complete the task, while I waited - which was an absolute unexpected bonus! Having very carefully removed the photo from it's original frame, Sam even gave the original portrait's glass a really good clean - unasked, before refitting the photo into it's frame again. Couldn't have asked for better service! I will definitely be back, with more photos. Sensational Service is very much appreciated, but rarely consistent, however Warehouse Stationery has proved the exception! Their staff are always very helpful, & keen to provide great solutions & outcomes. Keep it up.

ahhh printers, they are so annoying. And expensive. There gets a point where every time you have…read moreto replace all the ink cartridges at once, that you realise it's actually cheaper to throw the whole thing away and buy a new printer. Printers have to be the silliest and most wasteful of electronics. Anyway, if you are sensible enough to have a printer that can handle refillable cartridges, then Geoff at Cartridge World is your man. He knows everything about all cartridges, and even if you have some sort of weird request, he will source what you need. Totally recommended!!

Located on the corner of Remuera Road and Lucerne Road, there is plenty of street parking available, as well as a little parking space behind the store. To be honest I haven't experienced the entire printing experience here at Cartridge World, but when I went there it was only 10 cents per page. That's really next to nothing and a lot cheaper than buying your own personal printer and ink. If you have any printing or photocopying then I would totally recommend coming here. You're also able to purchase paper and ink here too.

You would be forgiven for thinking this place was merely a stationery shop but they have a very…read moregood selection of books too. I guess they know there are some literary types in Parnell who know good fiction from the dross you get at Whitcoulls. I think it was this store that got me into the writer Paul Auster as I bought 'Moon Palace' here a couple of years ago. They also have a good choice of hardback books for your coffee table and I often used to browse at these when I visited the shop. They have good diaries too and I considered buying one only that I figured with a smart phone I probably did not need it. I am surprised there is not more good bookstores in Parnell but they are not really economically viable these days anyway. If you are in this neighbourhood and have an interest in books, you should definitely pop in here and have a look.
