Absolute TRASH!! Constantly delivering my packages to different addresses! I have no idea how they stay in business

I have never had a driver drive onto my property until this OnTrac driver. Not only did he back into my driveway, which I wouldn't have mind, he backed all the way into my front porch in his unmarked vehicle which gave my daughters who were home at the time quite the scare. When I arrived home he was very unpleasant to deal with. read more

My sons birthday presents were supposed to be delivered with OnTrac, they are so delayed I now have nothing for my son to open for his 3rd birthday. They give NO options, I asked if I can pick it up as it's been sitting at the Visalia facility, they will not let me. I only wish companies STOP using OnTrac. read more

They are the worst shipping company I have ever experienced. They park their vehicles in your driveway. They take a picture of the product being delivered. Then they take off with your delivery. I would not recommend OnTrac read more

OnTrac delivers the packages entrusted to them by tossing them into your yard instead of walking to your porch, as instructions fir delivery are listed on delivery instructions. These people are lazy and useless. They have been on camera practicing this delivery technique on the national news and several local news agencies. Avoid these crooks at all costs. Walmart plus customers be aware they are preferred delivery service for Walmart and their vendors. They're cheap so Walmart doesn't care how your package was delivered. read more

Worst worst delivery service!!! They toss your stuff not only that but deliver to wrong address and toss in gate where German Shepard are and by time you can get someone to come out there in rags. Two days in a row! Another time they delivered our Traeger grill to wrong address we got stuck paying for it because they denied it. Watch out they have a driver that speeds in town. read more

OnTrac - Packaging was only recovered. - Couriers & Delivery Services Near Me - Visalia, California

This is the absolute worst delivery service. I do not know why businesses continue to use them. USPS is far more reliable and that says something. Called today about a package that says it was delivered yesterday to my office and that I signed for it. Absolutely impossible considering I was not even at my office yesterday. They were completely unwilling to help me and referred me back to the shipper. The shipper is not the problem, your divers are. I'd rather have the option to pay more to ensure my packages were never delivered by On Trac. Oh wait!! I did pay more and this was the result. Not the first time this has happened. read more

I recently ordered a gift for my girlfriend online only to discover that it was being shipped by OnTrac. At first I wasn't thrilled as I haven't had great experiences with them in the past as they totally ignore my delivery instructions and usually end up getting delayed - however the one time I actually needed them to delay a package they went above and beyond stupid and made me livid. My office allows for employees to have small packages delivered from time to time as it is a secure, reliable location when in-store pickup isn't always available. As the items I had ordered were not only valuable in price but also sentiment as they were for my girlfriend's birthday I had decided to minimize my risks by having them ship to the office. The day that the package was supposed to be delivered was a firm holiday and no one would be available to pick it up. I wasn't particularly concerned, however as any respectable courier will reattempt delivery on the next business day. However, I was out running errands in another city when I was informed my package was delivered on said holiday. I immediately headed over, half an hour one-way out of my way to pick up said package as I was fearing that it would easily be stolen or misplaced. I got to the office building, went up the stairs and found my package outside the doors. There was no sign of activity in our suite. The lights were off, the doors were locked, and it was dead silent. Perhaps the most infuriating was that the package required a signature; which OnTrac forged proceeded to leave the package haphazardly out in the hallway. While delivering to a business that is clearly closed is questionable at best, forging a signature when no one is there is plain criminal and unethical. I sent a complaint to OnTrac and also notified the seller of the item about the experience and politely asked that going forward they please use a different courier as this is a company my girlfriend and I have supported for years and love their products. While I'm happy to say that I received the package, I cannot excuse forgery and deceit - any other parcel service would have and should have exercised common sense and waited until Monday to deliver. read more

Trying to get a hold of the company in general is impossible, aside from going through their chat system. I am currently in the third communication via text and still have not gotten an answer to my question. Save yourself, the headache, choose a different delivery service. read more

Unbelievably poor delivery not just once but twice now! Our packages have been left alongside a relatively busy county road at the end of our driveway 1/8 th of a mile from our house! No other delivery service has trouble delivering to us, we have regular deliveries from Amazon, UPS, and Fed Ex. Only Ontrac is so OFF TRACK! read more

I hate OnTrac. I ordered an Xbox One through Walmart and OnTrac was suppose to do their job, but nope. They tried to say it was delivered and I signed for it, but never got it. Turns out they don't allow you to sign for package during Covid so they just mark the signature as COVID. So now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to get a refund for package. This company has the worst service ever. I'm not ordering anything from Walmart ever again as long as they ship with OnTrac. read more

OnTrac is OffTrac for sure, never know if a package will arrive or not. Thefts are tolerated.

This is the worst delivery company around. Since their idiot driver can't go down another block to the correct address he has chosen my back yard to get rid of his packages to deliver. In 3 days I have had 2 packages tossed over the fence, 1 heavy box the next day by the garage and now 2 packages on my front porch. If the idiot would have looked at the address when he put them by the front door he would have seen he was on a different street even. Tried calling, emailing and texting and nothing from them. All packages are from Walmart. Now I'm doing their job of driving to the correct address and delivering them. read more

So over the past two weeks we have had 3 different deliveries to our house by OnTrac. Every single time they dropped it off to the wrong house. Two times across the street and once at the abandoned house next door. Our house is the only house on our block that has the address clearly marked on the house, the curb and the mailbox, so how they get this wrong every time I have no idea. We are beginning to believe that hiring incompetent delivery drivers is a corporate goal of theirs. No other company that delivers stuff to us get this wrong, so why only them? I have sent them feedback everytime and each time I got a little more stern because sometime mistakes do happen but 3 dam times in a row, that's not a mistake that's incompetence. So I'm gonna say it here and everywhere else I can post it, OnTrac is a terribly incompetent company that's doesn't care about it's customers and should sell all its resources to someone who can get the job done like UPS or FedEx. read more

Today is 4/29/21, my package was supposed to be delivered on 4/27/21. It's being held at the facility cause the driver couldn't find my home. After 2 calls to customer service verifying my address. I still haven't received my package. I offered to pick it up and they said I can't. Soooo... they can't find my address and they won't let me pick up the package. Really! read more

I can't believe that the Ontrac driver wouldn't take the package she delivered incorrectly to my house instead of my neighbors even after being told she had delivered it to the wrong house. She just said "oh okay" and got back into her van and drove away. Wow I'm glad I don't use them read more

My package was supposed to be delivered 10/27/2021, it is now 10/30/2021, I've checked to see if I can get on update and all it says is delivery delayed. I've contacted customer service, and they say they can't contact the facility directly. I also can't just show up to pick up my package because they can't guarantee me it'll be ready. & if I have further questions to contact POS. I paid for expedited shipping for a reason, POS did their part by shipping my package ASAP, it's ontrac that has my package & they can't deliver it or give me any option. I'm so fed up. read more

This a shipping company. That's their business. It's what they do. The only thing they do in fact. But somehow I'm being told they couldn't find my address?? I live in a 4yr old neighborhood. Even if it was too new of a neighborhood, shouldn't you, being that you're a shipping company, have the full capability to find even the most remote of addresses? The driver could have very easily used his/her phone. But I'm also being told that, in 2021, the driver might not have had a phone to use. This is all just bad service. If you can avoid having your things shipped through ontrac I would advise it. This day in age there shouldn't be any excuse to not find an address. read more

OnTrac gets no stars. The drivers are worthless. Packages never come on time and more than half the time I do not receive them but they delivered them to a mailroom. Absolutely horrible read more
